2.8. Stay away from the mat and stand up and repeat the action just now. Generally speaking, you can do it three times.
3. Preventive measures
Worship Buddha is not an outward pursuit, but a kind of self-development, so I bow down and return to my place. Our Buddha nature is full of light, wisdom and blessing, but it is blinded by dark clouds such as greed, anger, ignorance, slowness and doubt. Only by developing the virtue of humility can we get rid of the dark clouds. Now our Buddha nature is bright and auspicious everywhere.
When you worship Buddha, you should worship slowly and stand slowly. Every movement is very clear and natural, slow, relaxed and gentle. You should observe every movement with your heart, and your gestures are full of piety. If there is only action, no intention and no sense of shame, it will be difficult for us to improve.
If it is inconvenient to come to the temple to worship Buddha, you can also repent and be grateful in front of the Buddha statue or in an open and bright place at home, or relax yourself through worship. Especially when you feel restless, you can't settle down and do things. You might as well calm your anxiety by worshipping Buddha.
