How can I get out if I have a gecko at home?
Put the eggshell first, because geckos think of predators when they see eggshells. You can put two split eggshells at the entrance outside the house or in the kitchen.
Second, put mothballs, except moths, cockroaches, ants and flies, even geckos avoid them. As long as you put some on the stove, refrigerator or sink, the gecko will never come near again.
Third, set up armyworms. Most of the insects that gecko preys on have phototaxis, so gecko often appears near the light source. Put some stick insects around the light source to catch geckos.
4. Mix wet coffee grounds and tobacco powder, knead them into pills and toothpicks by hand, and put them around the gecko nest or in places where they often haunt, such as outside their own gates. Geckos will die if they eat some.
Some people can't stand the strong smell of garlic, and so can the gecko. Just put some garlic cloves outside the door and the gecko won't come in.
6. Geckos also avoid onions with pungent smell. Put half an onion where the gecko was once found, and the gecko will disappear completely. These places include warm and comfortable corners or outdoor entrances.
