I. visa, entry and customs instructions

(1) visa requirements

Generally, it is necessary to apply for a Spanish visa two weeks in advance, and the Spanish Association will issue a short-term stay visa valid for one month and staying for no more than three months according to the applicant's requirements. Anyone who goes to a third country via the west, whether leaving the airport or not, needs to apply for a transit visa.

Procedures for applying for an official visa to the West: (1) Note or official letter (original and photocopy) should indicate the purpose of the visit and the duration of stay; (2) Provide the original and photocopy of the invitation letter, and the invitation letter is invalid; (3) Fill in a set of four visa application forms and hand in four 2-inch color photos. The code and Chinese should be marked in the name column of the application form; (4) three or more people (including three people) fill in the list in duplicate.

If you apply for a business visa, you need to submit it in person at the embassy or consulate. You also need to provide the original and photocopy of the household registration book, the copy of the payroll for the last three months, the copy of the business license of the individual unit, the original personal bank deposit certificate equivalent to more than RMB 40,000, or the original time deposit certificate, passbook and other materials.

In addition, Spain is one of the Schengen countries. China passport holders who want to go to Schengen countries can apply for a Schengen short-stay visa in one of the Schengen countries, embassies and consulates in China. The scope of application is as follows: France, Germany, Austria, Italy, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain, Portugal, Greece, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Iceland and other countries 15. Schengen visa is only for tourism or business, and the longest stay in half a year is no more than 90 days. The visa shall not be extended in principle.
