Method of replacing heating pipe in Porsche cayenne

Remove the heating pipe and install a new one. According to the inquiry, the Porsche official website display is put back.

1. Remove the heater tube from the engine.

2. Remove the control panel, then separate the cable fixing piece on the left side of the heating device and remove the screw on the terminal.

3. Unscrew the nut at the front end of the heating tube shaft, remove the heating tube cover plate, and press out the impeller and water seal.

4. Install the water seal and lock ring.

5. Install the pulley and the new heater tube cover plate, and tighten the retaining nuts.

6. Reinstall the heater pipe to the engine and install the rubber hose.

7, check the working condition of the water pump, after refitting, add cooling water, start the engine, running for 5 minutes, the warm air pipe should be without any knocking and water leakage.
