Geographical location of Jiugongshan Great Wall Memorial Forest

Beijing Jiugongshan Great Wall Memorial Forest is located in the northern part of the imperial city, backed by the ancient Great Wall, and it is an orthodox geomantic treasure house in Long Mai. As a legal cemetery approved by Beijing Civil Affairs Bureau, the park not only retains the original Great Wall, but also is the first memorial park in China.

Although China's Long Mai originated from Kunlun Mountain in the northwest of China, the emperor's mausoleum did not choose to sit in the northwest facing southeast, but chose to sit in the north facing south, because the Great Wall barrier in the north can cover up the invasion of foreign enemies and face the vast plain ahead, while in China's cemetery, only Jiugong Mountain is backed by the Great Wall.
