Focusing on the needs of ecological protection and construction, normalized artificial rain and snow enhancement operations have been strengthened in Daxinganling forest region, Sanjiangyuan of Qinghai, Qilian Mountain of Gansu, Shiyang River and Hongjiannao wetland, improving soil water content, surface vegetation and runoff, and promoting ecosystem restoration.
