The terrain and climate of East Gobi Province

The terrain of East Gobi Province is flat and there is no obvious vertical natural zone. The entire region is composed of grassland, semi-desert and Gobi desert. East Gobi Province has a typical continental climate, with an average annual precipitation of 140 mm and an average wind speed of 4.5 m/s. The coldest weather in January can reach -16℃, and the hottest weather in July can reach +20℃.
