Why is the mood very upset on rainy days?

Rainy days can make people depressed, when they are in a bad mood, because of some social factors. However, research shows that more people will suffer from depression on wet days, and the previous low-pressure rain made school-age children fidget.

Physiologically speaking, the pineal gland in human body secretes less pineal hormone under strong sunlight, while the concentrations of thyroxine and adrenaline are higher; Rainy days are not good and vice versa. Thyroxine and epinephrine can promote nerve excitation and cell metabolism, and stimulate tissue growth, maturation and differentiation. Therefore, sunny days often make people feel refreshed, while rainy days make people listless and unhappy.

So when it rains, I feel irritable, and it's easy to lose my temper or quarrel with others because of some small things. However, you don't have to be depressed about it, you can deal with it with your heart. Your relationship will be better than before.
