What are the cities with the best geographical locations in China?
Which city in China has the best geographical location? This question is actually a bit difficult to answer. Everyone’s views and perspectives are different!
Is transportation convenient in my opinion? Check whether the public transportation is convenient? It also depends on how tolerant the city is?
In my opinion, Hangzhou is the city with the best geographical location. It is located on the southeast coast and at the southern end of the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal, which shows that merchants in ancient times relied on Hangzhou's good canal waters. Hangzhou is also the political, economic, cultural, educational, transportation and financial center of Zhejiang Province, one of the central cities of the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration, a city in the Greater Bay Area around Hangzhou Bay, and a node city in the Yangtze River Delta Ningxia-Hangzhou Ecological Economic Belt. ?
The transportation in Hangzhou is also very convenient, extending in all directions. There is Xiaoshan Airport and a high-speed rail station. There are three railway stations alone, including Hangzhou City Station, Hangzhou East Railway Station, and Hangzhou South Railway Station.
Hangzhou’s existing lines include the Shanghai-Kunming Line (Zhejiang-Jiangxi Section, Shanghai-Hangzhou Section), Xiao-Ningbo Line, and Xuan-Hangzhou Line. The high-speed railway currently has the Shanghai-Hangzhou Passenger Dedicated Line, the Nanjing-Hangzhou Passenger Dedicated Line, and the Hangzhou-Ningbo Passenger Dedicated Line. On December 10, 2014, the Hangzhou-Nanchang section of the Shanghai-Kunming High-speed Railway was officially opened for operation, and the Nanchang-Changsha section has been opened for operation. At this point, the Hangzhou-Changsha section of the Shanghai-Kunming High-speed Railway is fully open to traffic. Hangzhou becomes China's first high-speed rail cross city. ?
Xiaoshan International Airport is located in Jingjiang Street, Xiaoshan District, about 30 kilometers away from the city center. It costs about 120 yuan to take a taxi from Hangzhou to the airport. Airport bus is 20 yuan. Xiaoshan Airport is an important trunk airport in China, the fourth largest air port in China, one of the top ten international airports in China, a first-class air port open to the outside world in China and an alternate airport for international flights. It is the first air gateway in Zhejiang Province.
