Why is the signal bad when it rains?

There is no signal or the signal is very poor, mainly because the signal will be affected by various factors such as topography, landforms and tall buildings. If the current position is in a relatively closed place, the signal may be affected. Troubleshooting can be carried out by the following methods:

1. Shut down again and try again;

2. Replace the mobile phone card with the mobile phone of family or friends and try again;

3. See if there are any signals from other mobile phone users around;
