Video of travel guide for visiting Mount Wutai in January and February

I have been to Mount Wutai. The scenery there is very beautiful, mainly the mountains with good cultural scenery and continuous peaks. It takes an hour by tour bus. If you are traveling with the elderly, your legs and feet must be convenient because you have to walk some distance. The temples are on the mountain, and only Guanghua Temple is at the foot of the mountain. If you want to see more, you still have to walk some distance. Old people should be healthy. Guanghua Temple is the best, you can go and see it.

2. One-day tour of Mount Wutai

I took my children and family to Zhejiang, Ningbo and Mount Putuo for a few days. Let me answer this question.

Putuo Mountain is the most famous and efficacious Guanyin Taoist Temple in China. It is also known as China's four famous Buddhist mountains together with Mount Emei in Sichuan, Mount Wutai in Shanxi, and Mount Jiuhua in Jiangxi. It is mainly dedicated to Guanyin Bodhisattva. Tuoshan is surrounded by the sea and has beautiful scenery. It is famous for its beautiful scenery and Buddhist culture. It is a national 5A tourist attraction, and because it is the dojo where Guanyin Bodhisattva teaches all living beings, the incense is extremely strong. It is a world-famous tourist attraction and a famous Buddhist mountain.

Mount Putuo is not the mountain we imagined, but an island surrounded by the sea. There are 32 temples on the island, with a total length of 33 kilometers. All temples take two days to enjoy visiting. There are fairy mountains on the sea, which are part of the invisible world, describing the beauty and magic of Putuo Mountain.

If you don’t plan to stay here, you can visit the following main attractions. One day is enough to cover the entire island.

The following is a classic one-day tour route.

Cableway Station Huiji Temple (take the cableway back) Fayu Temple Fusai Temple Purple Bamboo Forest to see the South China Sea Guanyin Return to the pier or hotel.

These scenic spots are the essence of Mount Putuo and must be visited. The time arrangement can be relatively free.

The main attraction on Mount Tuo is the temple. There are three famous temples: Puji Temple, Fayu Temple and Huiji Temple. Among them, Puji Temple has the strongest incense, and various ancient buildings need to be savored carefully.

The biggest problem with the Putuo Mountain one-day tour route is transportation.

Boarding and food on the island are very expensive. One-day tours should refer to those who do not want to stay on the island and come back on the same day. If you live there, you will definitely visit it every two days.

When I went there, I came back the same day. I live in Ningbo. I got up very early during that time and arrived at the bus station before six o'clock. Zhong, took the first flight to Shenjiamen. When you arrive at the pier, you can buy a ticket and board the speedboat, which basically leaves every 15 minutes. You can reach Mount Putuo in about 20 minutes.

So you can have a whole day to go to Mount Putuo. If you go too late, you win. I can't go on a day trip.

Of course, you can also take a boat from Zhujiajian Island to Putuo Mountain. The process is similar.

There is a small beach in Pushan called Qianbusha, which you can still play on.

Watch the sunset here, then end the day's trip and return to the world by boat. It feels like washing away the dust!

Introducing you the simplest and most practical tips.

1. No matter where you go, open the navigation, select the gate of Wutai Mountain Scenic Area as the destination, and buy a ticket to go in. Once inside, I felt panicked because there were no signs of any attractions. Don’t panic, it’s more than 10 kilometers to get to Taihuai Town, which is the center of Wutai Mountain Scenic Area. There are many family hotels here, and vehicles can be parked in front of his house or in the large free parking lot in the town. It’s only a few hundred meters away, so we’ll make arrangements to stay there first.

2. After checking in, check your own time. You can first go to the nearby temples. They are all within one kilometer of the town center and you can walk there. There are more than 30 temples that can last for several days. Some temples require you to buy new tickets, which cost around 10 yuan. Most of them don't I can't buy tickets so just wander around.

So it is called Wutai Mountain, or you can only choose to go to Dongtai and Beitai, the most representative ones. Bodhisattva Summit: Located on Lingjiu Peak, Taihuai Town, Wutai Mountain, Shanxi Province, it is the first of the top ten yellow temples (Lama temples) in Mount Wutai and a royal temple in the Qing Dynasty. Dragon Head Temple of Wutai Buddhism, Emperor Kangxi visited Mount Wutai five times and Emperor Qianlong visited it six times, so it became the palace of Emperors Kangxi and Qianlong. The architectural layout of Bodhisattva Summit is very distinctive. The main hall looks like a palace, and the internal layout has a strong Lamaist charm.

Bodhisattva Peak is a Manchu name, which means the place where Manjushri Bodhisattva lives. Wutai Mountain is the dojo of Manjushri Bodhisattva, so the main halls of many temples here are mainly dedicated to Manjushri Bodhisattva. According to legend, Manjusri Bodhisattva appeared here, so it is also called Zhenrong Garden.

The layout and sculptures of the various Bodhisattva halls have a strong color of Lamaism. In the seven-room-wide Mahatma Hall, there are Vairocana Buddha, Amitabha Buddha and Medicine Buddha in the back, and in front are the statues of Tsongkhapa, the founder of Lamaism and Yellow Sect.

In the Lingfeng Scenic Area, there is a wooden water house with four pillars and three doors outside the Bodhisattva Gate, and there are inscriptions written by Emperor Kangxi on the stone monument square in front of the Manjusri Hall of the Five Holy Lands.

The main room of the Bodhisattva has four large copper pots in the backyard.

These pots are used by the Bodhisattva to cook porridge in the first, fourth, sixth, tenth and twelfth months of the lunar calendar every year. One of the smallest jars is nearly two meters in diameter.

According to the Avatamsaka Sutra, in addition to Manjushri Bodhisattva, there are also Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva, Samantabhadra Bodhisattva, Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva, etc. It also originated from Wutai Mountain and went to the other three famous Buddhist mountains to promote Buddhism and save all living beings.
