Chapter 1 General Provisions

Article 1 Name of the association: CHINA YIJING RESEARCH ASSOCIATION

Article 2 Chinese Yijing Research The association (CHINA YIJING RESEARCH ASSOCIATION) is supported and participated by old scholars and professors who have been dedicated to the exploration and research of traditional Yixue culture for many years. "Beijing Yuanyi Fangming Technology Co., Ltd." serves as the economic backing for the development of the association. It is jointly established with domestic Yi academic experts and scholars, and is a voluntary, non-profit, national, international academic institution with formal registration qualifications that integrates academic and exchange. Everything about this association Activities must comply with national laws and regulations and be protected by national laws and regulations

Article 3 Purpose of the Association

Article 4 The Association shall comply with relevant national policies and regulations and accept the supervision and guidance of government functional departments.

Chapter 2 Professional Scope

The Professional Scope of the Association

(1) Complete implementation National guidelines and policies on the development of traditional culture. Analyze the true meaning of the original book of the Book of Changes, explore the cultural connotation of traditional studies of the Book of Changes, reveal the secrets of the Book of Changes, and inherit the classics of human civilization

(2) Scientifically research and develop traditional culture, and actively understand the trends of the Book of Changes at home and abroad. Hold lectures by experts and scholars to improve the academic level of members

(3) Organize academic activities such as academic seminars or reports on Chinese Yixue at home and abroad from time to time, hold lectures by experts and scholars, improve the academic level of members, and spread Chinese wisdom civilization.

(4) Recommend outstanding Yixue talents to all walks of life at home and abroad, so that Yixue talents have huge room for development.

(5) Establish a business service office so that Chinese Yixue can truly integrate theory and practice and serve modern social life.

Chapter 3 Members

Article 7 Members who apply to join the association are individual members and must meet the following conditions:

(1) Support the association Charter. Willingness to join the association.

(2) People from all walks of life who love the motherland, love traditional Chinese culture, and study scientific research.

(3) No criminal history.

Article 8 The procedures for membership membership are:

(1) Submit an application for membership.

(2) After approval, the association will issue beautiful steel-stamped certificates for association membership or other positions.

Article 9 Members enjoy the following rights:

(1) The right to elect, be elected and vote for the Association;

(2) Participate in the activities of the Association ;

(3) Priority in obtaining services from the Association;

(4) The right to criticize, suggest and supervise the work of the Association;

(5) Membership is voluntary and withdrawal is free.

Article 10 Members shall perform the following obligations:

(1) Implement the association’s resolutions;

(2) Maintain the legitimate rights and interests of the association;

(3) Complete the work assigned by the association;

(4) Pay membership fees as required;

(5) Report the situation and provide information to the association.

Article 11 Members who wish to withdraw from membership shall notify the Association in writing and return their membership cards.

Article 12 If a member seriously violates this Articles of Association, he or she will be removed from the membership upon voting by the Board of Directors.

Chapter 4: Creation and Removal of Association Organizations and Positions

Article 13: The voting right of the association lies with the general meeting of members; the powers of the general meeting of members are:

(1) ) Amend the articles of association;

(2) Elect and remove directors;

(3) Decide on termination matters.

Article 14 The general meeting of members must be attended by more than 2/3 of the members, and its resolutions must be voted by more than half of the members to be effective.

Article 15 The Board of Directors is the executive agency of the General Assembly. It leads the Association to carry out daily work during the inter-session period and is responsible to the General Assembly.

Article 16 The powers of the board of directors are:

(1) To implement the resolutions of the general meeting of members, the board of directors implements the chairman responsibility system.

(2) The president, vice-president and secretary-general can be temporarily elected and dismissed.

(3) Prepare for the general meeting of members.

(4) Decide on the admission or expulsion of members.

(5) Report work to the Member Congress.

(6) Discuss and decide other matters.

Article 17 The Standing Council must be attended by more than two-thirds of the standing directors before it can be convened, and its resolutions must be approved by the standing directors present at the meeting. It can only take effect if approved by more than half of the directors.

Article 18 The Standing Council shall hold a meeting at least once every six months, and may also be held in a simple manner under special circumstances.

Article 19 The president, vice-president, and secretary-general of the association must meet the following conditions:

(1) Love the motherland, love the traditional culture of the motherland, and be the first to abide by the articles of association of the association .

(2) Those who have a greater influence on the scientific research of Yi science and have made outstanding achievements.

(3) There is no limit on the maximum age of the president, vice president, and secretary-general, and the secretary-general is full-time.

(4) Be in good health and able to work normally.

(5) Have not violated any law and have not been subject to criminal punishment.

(6) Have full capacity for civil conduct.

Article 20 The president of the association shall exercise the following powers:

(1) Convene and chair the board of directors and standing board of directors.

(2) Inspect the implementation of the resolutions of the General Assembly, the Board of Directors, and the Standing Council.

(3) Sign relevant important documents on behalf of the association.

Article 21 The Secretary-General of the Association shall exercise the following powers:

(1) Preside over the daily work of the office and organize the implementation of the annual work plan.

(2) Coordinate the work of various agencies.

(3) Nominate the deputy secretary-general and heads of various offices and submit them to the board of directors or standing board for decision.

Chapter 5 Asset Management and Usage Principles

Article 22 Sources of Funds for the Association

(1) From "Beijing Yuanyi Fangming Technology Co., Ltd. "Company" provides registered capital and part of activity funds;

(2) Donations and membership fees;

(3) Government funding;

(4) In the approved Income from activities or services within the scope of business;

(5) Interest;

(6) Other legitimate income.

Article 23 The asset management of this association must implement the financial management system stipulated by the state and accept the supervision of the general meeting of members (or general meeting of members) and the financial department. If the source of assets belongs to state appropriations or social donations or subsidies, they must be subject to the supervision of auditing agencies, and the relevant information must be announced to the public in an appropriate manner.

Article 24 The association shall establish a strict financial credit system to ensure that accounting affairs are legal, true, accurate and complete, and will litigate if any problems arise.

Article 25: The association shall be equipped with professionally qualified accounting personnel. Accountants may not concurrently serve as cashiers. Accountants must conduct accounting calculations and implement accounting supervision. When accounting personnel transfer jobs or leave their jobs, they must clear the handover with the person who takes over.

Chapter 6 Procedure for Amending the Articles of Association

Article 26: Modifications to the Association’s Articles of Association shall be approved by the Board of Directors and then reported to the General Assembly (or Member Representative Assembly) for review.

Article 27 The revised articles of association of the group must be reviewed and approved by the business supervisory unit within 15 days after being adopted by the general meeting of members (or member representative meeting), and shall be reported to the society registration and management authority for approval and then take effect.

Chapter 6 Supplementary Provisions

Article 28 Supplementary Regulations of the Branch:

All branches or cooperative units of the Chinese Yijing Research Association should develop and expand The Chinese Yijing Research Association takes its own responsibility, works conscientiously and concentrates on its work.

If any branch or cooperative unit, regardless of level, commits any of the following acts, the China Yijing Research Association has the right to unilaterally terminate the cooperation agreement, and all resulting losses will be borne by the offending branch or The cooperative unit is responsible for:

1. Violation of relevant national laws, decrees and regulations.

2. Damage the positive image of the China Yijing Research Association.

3. Failure to report work progress in a timely manner or failure to contact the General Assembly for more than three months.

4. Set up an independent Zhouyi institution or have close cooperation with other Zhouyi institutions.

5. Develop branches and members privately and collect fees without obtaining approval and registration from the China Yijing Research Association.

6. There is serious deception. And this behavior damages the image and interests of the China Yijing Research Association.

7. Failure to implement or delay the implementation of important work instructions issued by the China I Ching Research Association.
