According to the public security department, in the process of replacing the second-generation ID card, it was found that even the current 76,000-word Chinese character international code could not cope with the naming of China people, and at least 8,000 characters could not be found, at least half of which were typos and other characters. If the name can be limited to 8,000 standard words, the name "Zhao C" can be basically avoided and the difficulty of entering the name of the registered police can be reduced. However, this method can hardly be applied to compatriots from ethnic minorities, nor can it be applied to foreigners who have joined China. If the latter two are treated differently, then there will be laws and regulations that "look at people and cook".
