Where is Jiuxitun located?

Jiuxi is the largest Tunbao natural village in Anshun City. It is said that "Jiuxi is a city, only three people less than Anping (Pingba)".

In the Ming Dynasty more than 600 years ago, Zhu Yuanzhang ordered General Fu Youde to conduct a southern expedition to suppress the Liang Wang rebellion in Yunnan. After the war was settled, there were 10 sergeants named Zhu, Yao, and Hu, who felt that they were surrounded by mountains on three sides. The dam facing the water has good feng shui, so families and families can settle here, set up forts, and guard the border and farm fields.

Because Jiuxi has vast fertile land and beautiful scenery, soldiers and immigrants moved here one after another, and Jiuxi Village became increasingly prosperous. Because Dabao, Xiaobao and Back Street are connected together, there is a dam. In order to have a unified name, it was named Jiuxi Dam because the water flows of nine streams were merged into one river.
