What is the best place to build the capital of China?
The first choice is Xi 'an, which was called Chang 'an in ancient times, meaning long-term stability. In ancient times, it was said that "those who win Chang 'an win the world".
Xi 'an is located in the heart of China's territory, in the center of the 800-mile plain in Guanzhong, Shaanxi, with rich products and beautiful environment in the south, loess tableland in the north, and huge underground oil, natural gas and coal reserves. There is the natural barrier of Tongguan Yellow River in the east and Baoji Maiji Mountain in the west. There are eight waters around Chang 'an in the middle, the largest of which is the Weihe River (the largest tributary of the Yellow River), which was used as a ferry in ancient times.
It is the oldest capital of China in ancient times, with a history of 1.300 years. It has experienced the ebb and flow of 1.3 dynasties, and more than 100 emperors gave orders and directed China here. There are also many emperors and relatives buried here (the ancients were good at watching Feng Shui, so they thought it was a treasure trove of Feng Shui). For example, Xuanyuan Huangdi Mausoleum, the ancestor of China, is the largest and most spectacular mausoleum of Qin Shihuang in ancient times.
Two of the four prosperous times in ancient China occurred in Chang 'an, the rule of Wenjing in Han Dynasty and the rule of Zhenguan in Tang Dynasty. This proves that Xi is not only a place where a country can build its capital, but also a place where a country can take off.
If the National People's Congress is held in Xi 'an, the journey to Xi 'an is the shortest and the most economical.
If foreigners invade, Xi 'an is the safest, or the last to fall, because it will take some time to reach Xi 'an no matter which direction you attack.
Anyway, everyone can see the advantages of Xi 'an.
