Matching Method of Dongfeng Xiaokang K05s Throttle

There are three common methods of throttle matching: manual matching, power-off matching and diagnostic instrument matching. Generally, it is necessary to set the throttle to zero after replacing it with a new one or disassembling and cleaning it. The matching process is a computer self-learning process, which re-identifies the position and angle of the throttle.

Manual matching method: For the throttle matched by mechanical cable, the manual reset method is adopted, and the telephone switch is turned on and off for many times continuously, so that the vehicle computer can delete the original throttle memory and store new throttle data. If the verification is successful, you can directly hit the vehicle and drive normally.

Power-off matching method: after replacing the throttle, disconnect the negative electrode of the battery for a few minutes, and the vehicle will enter a dormant state. During this process, the original memory of the on-board computer will be restored to the factory settings. However, this method is only applicable to the resistance model, and the trial operation can be normal.

Diagnostic instrument matching method: read the data with a special diagnostic instrument, and then follow the steps to reset the adaptive value to zero, clear the fault code, start the vehicle and run normally, indicating that the matching is successful.

Example of fitting reset method:

Method 1:

(1) Turn the key to the second gear, that is, the instrument indicates full bright gear.

(2) Then wait 20s, and step on the accelerator to the end.

③ After maintaining 10s or so, release the throttle.

④ Turn off the ignition switch, pull out the key, and the initialization is complete.

Method 2:

① Turn the key to the second gear and keep it for 30 seconds.

② Then turn off the ignition switch and pull out the key. Attention: wait for 15-20s before ignition.

(3) Then strike a light to see whether the refueling is normal and whether the engine fault light goes out. If not, repeat the previous steps.
