Compared with last year's 4-5 yuan/kg, this year's ginger is generally around 1 yuan. However, this is still high. If it is soaked ginger or diseased ginger, the origin is as low as 0.2-0.5 yuan/kg.
For ginger farmers, the extreme weather has increased this year, the sowing date in spring has been postponed, and there is more rain in summer and autumn. Especially when it is ripe, the quality and yield of ginger are not very good, and the ginger soaked in water directly "dives".
The reason for the low price of ginger this year is that the planting area has increased by 2 million mu, with an increase of more than 15%. In the context of blocked exports and oversupply, the price of ginger is naturally difficult to sell at a high price.
02. Apple makes things worse.
This year's apple market is not very good, because last year, traders were waiting for the price increase this year, but the market consumption fell sharply after the year. As a result, the price of Apple began to "dive" in April, and the lowest price reached 50 cents. In August, Erguo was reduced to 1-2 gross, which could only be sold to juice factories.

Even if Fuji apples are intact, the land price this year is about 1 yuan lower than last year. In addition to Fuji Apple, Huaniu Apple also ushered in the listing. However, judging from the actual situation in Gansu producing areas, it is difficult to sell this year. Many old farmers complain that they can't sell it, and there are not many merchants to buy it.
For example, an 80-year-old fruit grower said that he planted 2 mu of fruit trees at home, but because of the bad weather this year, he had already lost 1/3 before harvesting, and the fallen fruit could only be sold for 1-3 cents.
Apple went downhill this year, on the one hand, because of the weather, and the quality was not very good; On the one hand, this year's output is expected to exceed 46 million tons, setting a new high. In the case of overcapacity in the market, it is naturally difficult for Apple to sell at high prices.
03, potatoes also suffer.
Although potatoes are listed as staple food, they still play the role of vegetables, and the price fluctuates greatly. A good year is probably 1.5 yuan per catty, and a bad year directly falls below 50 cents.
This year's potatoes are not very good. In the first half of the year, they directly "destroyed the market", and the purchase price bottomed out at 0.4-0.5 yuan/kg.
