Live an optimistic life

-Comment on Writing on the Edge of Life

The articles written by Qian Zhongshu always give people a sense of humor, but they are also full of philosophy.

Let's talk about this title first. At first glance, it's really confusing. What does this title mean? Look at the preface written by Mr. Qian Zhongshu. "If life is a big book, then the following essays can only be written on the edge of life. This book is really big! It is not easy to finish it for a while, and there are even many gaps on the side. " Then, suddenly realize. Yes, how much can we read the big book of life? Just write something beside it.

We students are not qualified to annotate on the edge of life-at least I am not qualified yet, so we can only choose such a short paragraph in Mr. Qian Zhongshu's masterpiece "Writing on the Edge of Life" and write a short paragraph on the edge of the discussion, which is called "On Happiness", which can be regarded as "scribbling a few words on the edge of the book".

After all, as a child, I never felt that life was too long or too short. Therefore, according to Mr. Qian Zhongshu's point of view, the life I am currently experiencing is neither particularly happy nor very painful, but only mediocre.

However, ordinary life can be a fact, but it can never be an opinion. The plain life is actually unhappy, because the plain life is boring, long and painful. However, it is true that "life is not happy, but it can still be optimistic", although a series of discussions by Mr. Qian Zhongshu have proved that life cannot be happy forever, and even that "eternal happiness" is "not only too slim to be realized, but also too absurd to be established". However, from the perspective of Marxist philosophy, these all belong to the category of matter, and consciousness is the dynamic response of matter. Of course, the material world reflected by different people's consciousness is different, so some people are optimistic about life, while others are pessimistic. We should treat life optimistically.

Mr. Qian Zhongshu called the contradiction of unhappy life and optimistic view of life "this is a joke of life outlook on life" I don't have that high consciousness to understand this sentence, but one thing is certain, which is dialectical unity. Since life is doomed to be unhappy, why not have fun in suffering? At least spiritual happiness can offset some material pain, not to mention "happiness is determined by the spirit." In this way, we will at least feel what happiness is.

The pain of life is just because it is long, but it is also because it is long that we have enough time to find happiness and feel it-even if happiness is fleeting, the two sides of contradiction are dialectical and unified. If you live an optimistic life, people will become broad-minded and everything will become relatively beautiful; Looking at the world pessimistically, the already painful life will become more and more lengthy, and all disgusting things will be infinitely magnified.

Therefore, although life is doomed to be unhappy, we can still live an optimistic life.

The heavy-eyed plainclothes policeman was finished in a mixed mood of sadness and joy. More than 400 pages of words are soaked with blood and tears. With his heavy words, Haiyan made millions of plainclothes policemen in Qian Qian, like Zhou Zhiming, get closer and closer to us, as if they could touch the burning heart with open hands. Perhaps, in the previous impression, the police were accused of being a ruthless profession, and Zhou Zhiming's warm-hearted and kind character showed us a fiery heart under strict logic.

From the thorny "3. 1 1" case, to the exposure of damaged film and imprisonment for two years, and then to the fanaticism of "1 17" case. He changed from childish to mature, and he also proved his strength with hard work, and also clarified the unjust case. He is the representative of the police.

The police must keep certain things secret. They often keep silent, and so does Zhou Zhiming. He is always blank in front of people, perhaps only blank can show his loyalty to the public security cause. He used to be timid, but two years of reform life made him calm, and love and hate, protection and responsibility were intertwined in his heart. When he loves his job, he is a real policeman. Haiyan's book is not only a detective novel, but also a history of blood and tears of spiritual transformation.

Xu was suspected as a spy in the case of "3. 1 1" and was arrested by the police. During the trial, he and his accomplices "confessed" the handover location: Xiantong Mountain. When the police arrived at the handover site that day, they failed to stop Xu from escaping. Zhou Zhiming, the "Eleventh" Square in Tomb-Sweeping Day, was arrested for destroying evidence and sentenced to 15 years in prison.

This 15-year sentence is suspected of both the "Eleventh Square" incident and the "3. 1 1 case" allowing Xu to escape.

He's in prison. In this endless prison, he was immersed in pain, and it was at this time that we saw the unique perseverance and kindness of the police. In prison, he stopped the evil force of loyal opposition and silently endured all kinds of unequal treatment. Prison seems to be no longer a place to imprison him, but a paradise to sharpen his unformed pearls. After smashing the Gang of Four, he was released from prison. Like a bright pearl, he lit up the Angel River and the heart of a prisoner, Du Weidong.

In the case of "1 1. 17", the home of Jiang Yiming, an engineer of 9 14 factory, was stolen, and it was suspected that Du Weidong, who had just been released from prison, had done it. Based on his understanding of Du Weidong in prison, Zhou Zhiming denied this judgment. In order to clear Du Weidong's name, he worked hard day and night to collect materials, and finally the truth came out.

Zhou Zhiming is so real, love is real, hate is real, sadness is real, friendship is real, happiness is real, and sense of responsibility is even more real.

Reflections on the Interpretation of Blessing

Happy families are always similar; Every unhappy family is unhappy in its own way.

-inscription

After reading Blessing, I sympathize with Sister Xianglin and realize that Sister Xianglin's fate is not accidental but inevitable. It's not that God is joking with her, but that the deep-rooted feudal ethics influence doesn't allow her to live a good life.

I really want to say to Sister Xianglin, "Sister Xianglin, you are so stupid. You shouldn't resist, even if you have a thousand grievances. " Xianglinsao's fate can't be blamed on others, grandpa four's stubbornness, her mother-in-law's selfishness and Liu Ma's ignorance. It is because she doesn't know how to be superior to women, how to accept resignation, and how to let herself be resigned. Sister Xianglin must know that she can't get rid of her tragic fate and just wants to resist. I don't know that the four ropes of political power, clan power, theocracy and husband power have been laid. Thousands of years of feudal ethics and feudal system have been deeply rooted and cannot be changed by a weak woman. They are so great that even the temple hates her donation. Joan should not oppose feudalism. Her mistake was that she didn't realize that she was so small and that fate was not what she said. ...

"However, in this world, boring people are not born. Even if annoying people disappear, it is good for others." Why go back to Luzhen? If only you hadn't come, you wouldn't be a nuisance, and you wouldn't freeze to death in the street as a beggar. Why not kill two birds with one stone?

……

Thirdly, we should be glad that we are living in today's era and have no feudal poison. In reality, Sister Xianglin's fate will not repeat itself. We should learn from the past and let this society develop in a brighter direction.

Reflections on Kong Yiji.

After reading the novel Kong Yiji written by Lu Xun decades ago, I can't help feeling a lot. It reminds me of myself and makes me seriously think about "life".

Kong Yiji is a poor man. Using the word "poor" may make people feel old-fashioned, but I can't think of another word. The story in the novel is not like the life of an old literati in a small town in the south of the Yangtze River decades ago, but it feels like my own fate.

Kong Yiji was a man who pursued his dream but was defeated by life. I sympathize with and even like people like him. Although a scholar is pedantic and daydreams all day, he can live a spontaneous life in his own spiritual world. When I was in Japan, my life was deadlocked. I can't do what I want, I must do what I can't do, but I don't want to do what I can. I am most afraid of people asking me, "What is your dream?"

After coming to China, I made up my mind to live according to my own ideas. Go with the flow and stick to writing. But there seems to be a disturbing helplessness.

It is really important to survive. You can't write anything good thinking about making money.

Art is not far away from daily life, but it is something that we can't live without all the time. If you look down on the humble daily life, you can't produce truly touching art.

I was not happy before, and I am not happy now. But I am willing to accept this fate. If I am reincarnated, I will not choose to live without pain.

Thoughts on Lianhua Lake after reading

After reading Sun Li's Lotus Lake, it seems that there is a fresh earthy breath, and elegant and quiet pictures are displayed in front of us, which makes people feel the poetry of "poetic novels": creating poetic artistic conception with poetic language.

The third work, writing aquatic sister-in-law late at night. She sat on a piece of snow, as if sitting on a piece of white clouds. These two metaphors not only show the depth of the night, but also show the industrious and simple quality of the aquatic sister-in-law. The author let the picture follow the line of sight of the characters: "She sometimes looks at the lake, which is also a silvery white world. There is a thin transparent fog on the water. When the wind blows, there is a fresh lotus leaf and lotus fragrance. " Writing silvery lakes makes the picture elegant, writing veiled fog makes the picture static and dynamic, and lotus leaves and lotus fragrance add color and texture to this quiet and beautiful artistic conception. This is the author's expression of his beautiful feelings, wishes and ideals through the surrounding scenery. Not only that, this painting also implies the psychology of the characters in the work. The scenery is calm and beautiful, but the aquatic sister-in-law is not calm. It's late at night, and her husband hasn't come back yet. She is anxiously waiting for him. This shows the deep affection and love of the husband and wife on the water, which is consistent with the scene describing the farewell of the husband and wife, highlights the formation and development of the character, and shows the longing of the aunt on the water for a quiet life. However, Japanese aggression destroyed this beautiful life, which laid the ideological foundation for Shui Sheng's final decision to participate in the anti-Japanese struggle. The scenery description in this paragraph combines scenery writing, lyricism and psychological portrayal, like a piece of music drifting with the wind and a complete movement played by a trickle. There are feelings and scenes, and words are endless.

Osprey in gunfire

-thoughts on reading "Lu Hua Dang"

An old man, who is nearly sixty years old, often wears a pair of blue broken shorts and holds a penny in his hand, and stands with him on the boat. He doesn't have much meat all over, and he is as thin as an old osprey. He has a short gray beard and sharp eyes.

During the war, men, women and children were deftly fighting the enemy. This unknown old man was kicked in the leg by a group of Japanese devils, and went to the West without firing a shot.

He is confident. Holding the boat leisurely, I will send daily necessities to the team in the reed pond closely watched by the enemy at night, and sometimes I will bring one or two cadres from afar. He said to the responsible comrades in Tang Wei: "You depend on me for everything, and I depend on my ability to supply water for everything." He walked leisurely through the dense gunfire, and not a bullet touched his hair.

He is very gentle. When I escorted two beautiful girls to the reed pond, my words were full of love that was about to overflow. He gently comforted the nervous child: "There is nothing left. Just sleep in peace. There are rice and fish in the reed pond. " He sincerely praised the little girl who washed her face: "What a handsome child!"

He has a strong self-esteem. I am embarrassed to take the girl into the reed pond and let Daling hang flowers. Originally, Daling Guahua was the enemy's bullet, and he was not given it. But he felt guilty and blamed himself for not protecting the injured child.

He has a quick mind. He thought of taking advantage of the greed of the Japanese and putting a bundle of fragrant and clever lotus leaves on the bow. He also ate leisurely and lured the enemy into an ambush.

He was brave and faced many demons alone. He skillfully rowed the boat, circled it with a pole, pretended to be caught off guard, and let the devils "take the bait" unguarded.

He had hatred and made an oath when the big order was injured: "They hurt you and shed so much blood. I'll tell them ten to bleed tomorrow! " "This iron clank hero confirmed the promise of the previous day with actions the next day!

He is confident, self-respecting, gentle and hateful, witty and brave. He is an osprey flying leisurely in the fire.

This osprey is the old man in Sun Li's Reed Flower Dang.

Reflections on Border Town

The beauty of the border town lies in the scenery. It is a dream city, silently telling the distant fetters. Tea cave, stream, small white tower by the stream, a family under the tower, an old man, a girl and a yellow dog at home. The sun rises, the boat sails by the stream, the sun sets and the boat closes. This life is virtually a painting, like a withered vine and an old tree, like a faint crow, like a small bridge and a flowing family, like a thin horse on an ancient road. This image and taste. They precipitated great vicissitudes of life, silence and sadness. As a painting, it has an indelible appreciation value and a strong local flavor. As truth, it is unbearable. Such a scene is more and more beautiful in sadness. Bit by bit, it is a rainbow-like romantic but sad fairy tale.

The beauty of the border town lies in love. No one who lives in Taohuayuan thinks he is a fairy but a believer. They live in the so-called Xanadu, bearing the perfection of the picture and the massiness of history, but they can't get rid of their picturesque and static fate and life. Border Town is a peach blossom garden in another sense. "Maybe he will never come back. Maybe he will come back tomorrow." The story ends with Cui Cui watching. This ending is not as sad as it seems, at least Cui Cui is still full of hope. As long as there is hope, there will always be the dawn of tomorrow. As time goes by, counting the days that become distant and beautiful in the gaze of memories, life goes on like this. Just like Dumas' conclusion in The Count of Monte Cristo-"Please remember: wait and hope!"

Reflections on Ji Xianlin's Prose Collection

A few things impressed me the most.

First of all, greatness is born of ordinary and simple.

A freshman came to Peking University with his luggage on his back. He saw an old man who looked like a janitor, so he asked him to watch his luggage for a while and report himself. The old man readily agreed and stood there honestly. Beijing is still very hot, and someone nearby said, "Go home and I'll watch it for him." But the old man said, "I'd better wait for him." If he had changed people, he would not have found him. " When the students came back, the old man left without saying anything. At the opening ceremony a few days later, the students were surprised to recognize Ji Xianlin, the vice principal and famous professor on the stage, who was the old man who helped him look after his luggage that day!

Mr. Ji Xianlin is so ordinary and simple. If he is not ordinary and simple, can he be recognized as a gatekeeper? However, it is this ordinary that shows his greatness and embodies the charm of his personality. What an admirable spirit is it for a university president to show his luggage to freshmen without complaint and to accomplish this task seriously? How many people can do it today? Even if someone wants to do it, who can do it with his cool head? I'm afraid there are not many people!

Ji Lao's ordinary can also be evaluated by quoting Liu Mengxi, president of China Academy of Fine Arts. Liu Mengxi said, "No matter what occasion I meet Ji Lao, I always pay tribute to him. But Ji Lao will definitely stand up as long as he sees me passing by. All the time. The same is true of my younger school. Later, we thought of a way. Only by sitting quietly next to him when he is not looking, can he stand up. " Therefore, Liu Mengxi wrote deeply in Preface to Mr. Ji Xianlin's Ninetieth Birthday: "Mr. Wang is the warmth of hope, that is, it is also warm. If you are born late and go to school, you can have a blind date. "

This is really "the mountain rises and the scenery stops."

Second, he loves animals and nature. His feelings are so rich and delicate that it makes people cry.

He likes cats and has special feelings for them. His "Old Cat" is humorous and pitiful. His love for Persian cats is so great that he is happy, sad and even lives with them. At night, the cat sleeps in its own bed. In order to avoid disturbing Little Hat, he woke up and just tried not to move. He regards them completely as his friends.

Ji always loves animals, which is different from some people's motives for loving pets. He cares about the fate of these "partners" around him, and even feels sad and painful for the fate of some lonely and weak creatures. He often causes a lot of worries about some small animals and flowers, and tears and sighs for some cats and dogs. On one occasion, a Gu Teng tree on his favorite path in the Yanyuan Garden was inexplicably cut off. Before he had time to know the bad news, he smiled among the green leaves and felt sorry for them: "They seem to be orphans who have lost their mother, and soon they can't laugh, and there is no place to cry."

Third, his professionalism and selfless work spirit.

During the Cultural Revolution, Ji Lao was no exception, persecuted by the Gang of Four and finally sent to the guard room on the 35th floor of Peking University. His daily task is to watch the door, page the phone, send and receive letters and newspapers. But he is not used to leisure, why not let his life spend here? After careful consideration, he finally decided to translate Ramayana, one of India's two great epics, which is famous in the world literary world. This epic is long enough, with at least 80 thousand lines. This, he thought, was enough to keep him busy for several years. He asked the librarian of the library of the Department of Oriental Languages to order the Sanskrit-based Ramayana from India through an international bookstore. It was very difficult to order books at that time. Unexpectedly, less than two months later, eight original hardcover Sanskrit books were actually placed in front of Ji Xianlin. His task at that time was to watch the door, and the hat of "Molecules"-I don't know what "Molecules"-was heavily pressed on his head before he took it off. How dare he openly go to the concierge with a thick original? After careful consideration, he finally came up with a "suitable" solution. The original Ramayana is poetic, and Ji Xianlin is determined to translate it into poetic style to convey the original style. So he killed time at home at night, carefully read the original text, and first translated Sanskrit poems into vernacular prose. The next morning, I scribbled a short article on a piece of paper, put it in my pocket, and then took it to work on the 35th floor. On the way to the 35th floor, after work, in the gap between guarding the door, paging the phone, sending and receiving letters, and sitting around, he took out the paper and deliberated word for word. At this time, he was in the concierge, his eyes staring at the void and his heart hanging in the poem. No one will know that he is translating this poem. He said to himself, "I enjoyed it, but I didn't know I was in the concierge, wearing a heavy crown."

This poem "Poem Rhyme of the Lotus Pond" is a masterpiece written by Ji Xianlin at the age of 86, which is comparable to Zhu Ziqing's "Moonlight on the Lotus Pond".

A few lotus seeds in Honghu Lake, with the hope and love of the elderly, jumped into Honghu Lake, and a tenacious and noble life began to sprout in the darkness and mud.

If Zhou Dunyi's lotus is a hermit with lofty aspirations and Zhu Ziqing's lotus is a dancer who soothes the soul, then Ji Lao's lotus should be a strong man who publicizes life and a wise man who understands life.

It is hard for us to imagine how lotus seeds secretly accumulate strength and drill the buds of life out of the hard shell in the lonely years, at the barren lake bottom and in the dark mire. Once this kind of bud comes out of its shell, it shows the tenacity and beauty of life with an amazing power. After two years of expectation, in the third year, a miracle finally appeared, and five or six round green leaves emerged from the water. This is the messenger of life! Although "skinny" and "pathetic", it is enough to make that deeply disappointed heart feel a little comfort. More than 1000 days and nights passed, and after a long loneliness, in the fourth year, Lotus completed the nirvana of life. "The cicada is singing in the ditch water of the city, and there are many hibiscus." Some lotus leaves lying on the water jumped out of the water, and the graceful fields "built half a pond". Looking around, there are green lotus seeds everywhere, stirring the rain and reflecting the sunshine. Reminiscent of Ji Lao's life experience, this tenacious and beautiful life, this "extremely amazing viability and extremely amazing communication power", isn't it a true portrayal of the author's life course?

Ji Lao loves this pond full of "auspicious harmony". He walks around the lake several times every day and sits quietly watching. In the pond, "the water surface is clear and round, and the wind and the lotus are lifting one after another" makes people feel restless, silent and lost in thought. This is a dialogue between the wise and nature, and a blend of mind and nature. "When the wind blows, a lotus petal falls into the water." At this time, the heart is already heavy and thick, and the breeze can't afford to blow. Looking at the falling lotus petals, I feel a sense of peace, which is a thorough understanding of life. This lotus has experienced the hardships of pregnancy and the joy of life. Now it will leave quietly, so let it be. It's gone, so elegant and free and easy. Being able to face the disappearance of life with such a detached attitude, Lian is really a wise man who knows life.

As the weather turned cold, the jadeite makeup faded, the pool was full of residual lotus, and then disappeared without a trace. There is no need to lament at this time. What should go will eventually go, and what should come will surely come. In the coming year, the spring water is overflowing, the green is thousand folds, and the pool water is full of red. ...
