Where does the water from Dongfeng Reservoir come from?
The moat currently has two water diversion sources. One is from the Dayu Reservoir, passing through 22 kilometers of open channels and 18 kilometers of hidden pipes to the water inlet at the southeast corner of the moat; the second is from the Heihe River water source, passing through the Qujiang River. The factory water retreat pipe enters the moat inlet. The water from the Chenghe River flows from the outlet at the northwest corner through a 5-kilometer-long hidden pipe to the open canal and then flows into the Weihe River. Taking into account the influence of rainwater, coupled with the natural evaporation and infiltration loss of water, clean water must be continuously injected into the city river at a flow rate of not less than 0.4 cubic meters/second
