Which province is the cloud iceberg located in?

Yunping Mountain Scenic Area is located near Xifeng Ridge, Lanshan County, Yongzhou City, Hunan Province. There are mainly four peaks, namely Dupangling, Xifeng, Dongbianling and Hululing. The natural ecological resources in the scenic spot are distinctive, with dreamy sea of clouds, strange ice hangings, rare mosses, bamboo valleys and alpine rhododendrons as the main core tourism resources.

In winter, there are rare and attractive ice and snow scenery in the south. As the weather cools down, the temperature below freezing point for several days makes the ice hanging on the cloud iceberg thicker and thicker. From the mountainside to the top of the mountain, all vegetation is covered with frost, which is a northern scenery.
