Why does it often rain this year? Affect the construction period

Our geography has three rainfall conditions: 1, condensation nuclei, continuous water vapor supply and continuous upward movement.

Convective rain usually occurs at 2 pm in summer or tropical rain forest area, because the air is heated, expanded and rises, and precipitation occurs.
