Summary of Chinese teachers' teaching work in the ninth grade graduating class
Therefore, in the usual teaching, what I think most is how to deal with the teaching materials artistically, how to mobilize students' learning attention to the maximum extent in the limited 45 minutes, and strive to improve the quality of 45 minutes. In my teaching concept, I don't approve of working overtime. Reasons: First, I think it is harmful to make up lessons for students for a long time, and it is useless from the perspective of students' healthy physical and mental growth; Second, from a psychological point of view, this practice can only be inefficient or even ineffective. Students are people, too. How efficient would it be if we forced students to stay after work every day, even if we seemed willing to stay? After a morning or afternoon of intense study, our teachers still regard students as mentors. If this continues for so long, how efficient will it be?
Therefore, I never advocate that students should go to cram school after school and fight fatigue, which will make students tired of learning, teachers and students very tired, and finally get nothing. To improve the quality of classroom teaching, teachers can teach easily and students can learn easily, so that the teaching quality can be guaranteed. I took several cycles of junior high school Chinese teaching. Starting from 1995, the language of the graduating classes of junior high schools in 1998 and XX won the first place in Shunde in the senior high school entrance examination. After each cycle, I will have a newer and deeper understanding of the art of teaching and a higher pursuit.
So, how to pursue higher teaching art? Here are a few examples, hoping to play a role in attracting jade.
Case 1
Get up in the middle of the night to write lesson plans for open classes. For example, I am participating in the "Six Ones" teaching expert competition for Shunde middle school teachers. One of the "One" is "Have a good class". This class is borrowed from a school in the city. Draw lots two days before class, giving you two days to prepare. After the lottery, I panicked. This kind of panic is not afraid of not winning the prize, but of "making a fool of yourself" and "losing face", of not being able to control the classroom well in the face of strange students, and of making a fool of yourself in front of a judge composed of Shunde Chinese teachers and more than a dozen experts.
So, two days after the lottery, I really couldn't sleep and kept thinking about how to have a good class. I woke up in the middle of the night and suddenly thought that a certain teaching link was not handled well. Afraid of waking up the next day and forgetting, get up and take notes at once. That's it. Although I didn't reach the state of "not thinking about tea and rice", I also suffered for two days and two nights. After class, the judges think that this class has three characteristics: autonomy, openness, orderliness and innovation. In particular, the sequential link fully embodies the rigor and orderliness of the teaching process and is an important guarantee for improving the efficiency of classroom teaching.
The comments of experts and peers gave me great encouragement and support. Finally, he successfully passed the test of "Six Ones" and was named "Teaching Expert" in Shunde. After the "Six Ones" competition, I seriously thought about and summarized this competition, from which I gained a lot of valuable teaching experience. In front of the results, I only feel that the pointer in my hand is heavier, and I think more about "how to further improve the efficiency of classroom teaching." Looking back now, for a growing young teacher, taking part in open classes and competition classes is not only an exercise, but also a rare opportunity to improve classroom teaching efficiency. For a long time, no matter what level of open classes I undertake, I regard this kind of "suffering" as a rare opportunity to improve my classroom teaching art. In this case, I want to explain that you must have the spirit of persistent pursuit in doing everything, so that you can make things more perfect, and teaching is the same.
Case 2
"Ask where the canal is so clear, because there is a source of living water." In my opinion, as a teacher, especially a Chinese teacher, we should read widely, strive to improve our theoretical level and knowledge literacy, and guide teaching with advanced teaching theories. This is the channel of our thinking, so clear and vivid. In order to improve the efficiency of composition class, I use the theory of modern cognitive psychology to guide composition teaching. Modern cognitive psychology puts forward that students' academic performance is mainly determined by their learning methods. A communique issued by UNESCO also pointed out that the illiterate people in the 2nd/kloc-0th century were not illiterate people, but people who could not learn. Therefore, in composition teaching, I take this theory as a guide. When preparing lessons, I greatly broke away from the routine, instead of focusing on how to examine questions, how to conceive and how to organize materials, I focused on students' learning methods. The specific approach is:
First, macroscopically, combine extensive reading, intensive reading, pondering and writing. Ye Shengtao Xian
Students say that reading is the basis of writing. Therefore, I always find some articles during composition training. For example, the content of this article is not necessarily related to this composition. Its function is to let students draw nutrition from it.
Second, at the micro level, students are taught different writing skills through examples. Such as the art of title, the art of character description, the art of the beginning, end and transition of the article, and the revision of the article. I just regard these methods as the focus of preparing lessons for composition teaching. Through years of practice, I think the effect is ideal. Needless to say, all the students in our class got good grades in the composition contest last semester. The articles of five students, including Ban Li and Pan, were published in the influential magazine Middle School Students Reading in China. ...
Case 3
Pay attention to "fun" in lectures and try to attract students' attention. As we all know, Chinese teaching is a language art, and knowledge transfer and emotional communication between teachers and students are mainly carried out through language. Therefore, in daily teaching, it is necessary for teachers to quote philosophical quotes appropriately according to the content of the text, so as to make them well-known and thought-provoking, and enhance the expressive force, persuasion and appeal of the language. For example, when I was teaching Lu Xun's Hometown, I quoted Shakespeare's famous saying that he cursed money for Yang Er's greed and meanness: "Gold, yellow, shiny and precious gold, with a little bit, can turn black into white, ugly into beauty, wrong into right, humble into noble, old people into teenagers and cowards into warriors." It not only expands the content of the text, helps to understand it correctly, but also attacks the money worship thought that appears in today's society, which can help students establish a correct outlook on life and get education in their studies. There are various arts to stimulate interest in Chinese classroom teaching. But every excitement must be based on stimulating students' intrinsic motivation to understand things, establishing students' self-esteem and self-confidence, and driving students' knowledge, feelings, intentions and actions, so as to improve the efficiency of Chinese classroom teaching.
Teaching is an art, and the realm of art is endless. Achievement is just the driving force to push yourself forward. If a little achievement is worthy of pride, it is meaningless and worthless narcissism. "The road is long, Xiu Yuan, and I will go up and down."
