What do you mean by hardware and building materials?
Big hardware and building materials refer to steel plates, steel bars, flat iron, universal angle steel, channel steel, I-beams and all kinds of steel. Hardware and building materials are divided into building hardware, iron sheets, locking nails, iron wires, steel mesh, wire scissors, household hardware, various tools and building materials, etc.
According to the nature and use of hardware and building materials, they should be divided into eight categories: iron and steel materials, non-ferrous metal materials, mechanical parts, transmission equipment, auxiliary tools, working tools, building hardware and household hardware.
The origin of building hardware:
Building hardware began in blacksmith's shop, coppersmith's shop, blacksmith's shop and other workshops. There was a nail workshop in China in the Tang Dynasty, which made nails, pins, locks and knockers by hand. However, due to the use of wood and stone structures in ancient buildings, the development of building hardware has been slow in the past few thousand years.
/kloc-after the 0/9th century, with the extensive use of metal materials and the needs of social life, building hardware developed rapidly, and many small factories or workshops producing steel nails, hinges, latches, window hooks, faucet valves and wire woven screens appeared. Later, mechanical processing equipment was gradually used instead of manual production, forming many specialized enterprises.
With the continuous improvement of the standards of various building facilities, modern building hardware products have developed from a single variety to a series, and the requirements for their aesthetics and decorative effects are getting higher and higher.
The production technology of building hardware products has also made great progress. Most products have developed from semi-manual and semi-mechanical operation to semi-automatic or fully automatic mechanical assembly line production. Building hardware has expanded from traditional copper alloy and low carbon steel to zinc alloy, aluminum alloy, stainless steel, plastic, glass fiber reinforced plastic and various composite materials.
