What is trachoma?

Some children said: trachoma is not sand in the eyes? Actually, it's not like this. Trachoma is a chronic infectious eye disease, which is caused by a virus called mycoplasma. This virus is very small and often hides in towels, handkerchiefs, face washing water and other places. If healthy people use the things of trachoma patients, they will get trachoma.

After suffering from trachoma, I felt nothing at first. Later, my eyes will itch, dry, often shed tears, shed tears in the wind, read vaguely, and there will be small particles like sand on my eyelids. In severe cases, "small grains of sand" invade the black eyeball, making it turbid and unclear. In addition, it will make the eyelashes droop inward, stab the Japanese ginseng ball, cause eye inflammation, and seriously lead to blindness. Therefore, children should develop good hygiene habits, and don't use towels, handkerchiefs and face washing water indiscriminately to prevent trachoma.
