The National Defense Office and the Emergency Department will strengthen the work of six key links:

Sixth, strengthen emergency rescue and disaster relief, strengthen the docking with various emergency rescue teams at ministerial and local levels, specially deploy local finger protection, and improve the emergency rescue docking mechanism.
