What is the overflow at the inlet of Yuefeng water tank?

Hello, 1, boiling water overheating is a common phenomenon. The engine temperature is too high, causing the water in the radiator to boil, turning over a lot of water and spraying steam, which will burn people if you are not careful. The causes of overheating are: water shortage of radiator, poor heat dissipation, shutter failure, water pump damage, loose fan belt and thermostat failure. In view of the thermostat failure, I want to explain that many drivers don't add frozen liquid in winter, but put it away and add water in spring when the weather is warm. When the thermostat is immersed in water for a long time, because the water contains iron, calcium and sulfide, a layer of corrosion scale will be formed between the expansion cylinder of the thermostat and the temperature-sensitive body of the thermostat. Drain the water and add the thawed liquid. Because the unfrozen liquid has a good cleaning effect, the scale around the thermostat will be cleaned, resulting in a gap between the thermostat expansion cylinder and the temperature sensing body. The thermostat can't be opened, and the bypass valve is opened and closed, which makes the cooling system unable to carry out large circulation. If the water temperature is too high, the alarm light will flash, and if it is serious, the unfrozen liquid will overflow from the water tank. The trouble of replacing the thermostat is eliminated. The fault of overheated boiling water is easy to find and solve. 2. Blockage of cooling system is one of the common faults of engine. Due to blockage, the cooling water circulation is not good, causing the radiator to turn over. The causes of this failure are mostly radiator blockage or contraction of outlet pipe. This failure has nothing to do with temperature. When the congestion is not too serious, instead of turning the water when the throttle is full, turn the water when the throttle is released. It is easy to find when the radiator is completely blocked, but it is not easy to find when it is slightly blocked. Automobile engines should be added with antifreeze in winter and not changed for a long time. The antifreeze is not clean and dirty, which is easy to block the radiator core tube. After plugging, the cross section of unfrozen liquid is greatly reduced. The unfrozen liquid flowing into the radiator is more than the unfrozen liquid flowing out, and the antifreeze is accumulated in the water supply room. Because the pump pressure is high when filling the valve, water can only pass through the radiator core pipe that is not completely blocked, and the unfrozen liquid accumulated in the water supply room is turned out from the water supply port when the throttle is released. If you find that the water inlet of the radiator is boiling, you can feel the temperature of the radiator by hand. Generally, the water chamber is slightly lower and the water chamber is slightly higher, and the difference is not great. If there is obvious difference, it can be judged that the radiator is blocked. At this time, the radiator should be removed for inspection. The radiator core tube wall of imported cars is very thin, so special attention should be paid to it when poking and washing, and it should be carefully poked and washed with a special suitable poking strip. It is usually blocked at the radiator entrance of the upper water chamber. After the water outlet pipe of automobile radiator is used for a period of time, due to the weakening of strength, it is easy to deflate the pipe when the engine refuels, which increases the resistance of unfrozen liquid flowing into the water pump. Unfreezed liquid does not enter the water pump, but the unfrozen liquid in the water jacket accumulates in the water supply room. When the throttle is released, it will turn out from the water inlet of the radiator. To judge this kind of fault, you can step on the accelerator intermittently. If the radiator water inlet rotates intermittently outward and the engine returns to normal at low speed, this fault can be explained. Solution: it can be solved by lining the spring into the rubber hose or replacing the upper and lower water pipes with new ones. 3. The phenomenon of gas-water channeling mostly occurs in cars that have passed the overhaul period, and such failures are difficult to judge and eliminate. Gas-water channeling refers to the high-pressure gas in the engine cylinder rushing into the waterway. Under the action of extra high-pressure gas, the unfrozen liquid in the engine water channel makes the water flowing into the radiator water chamber through the water inlet pipe increase sharply, causing the radiator to turn over. When air and water flow, the engine speed is accelerated, and the effect of pressurized water is also accelerated. The water inlet of the upper water chamber exceeds the water outlet and turns to be lower than the plane of the upper water storage chamber. At this time, the radiator is at least short of water 1/3, or even more, resulting in overheating. In the initial stage of water boiling, this phenomenon has nothing to do with temperature anyway, that is, the temperature rises after the unfrozen liquid is turned out, rather than turning the water over after the temperature rises. To judge this fault, fill the radiator with water, loosen the fan belt and let the engine run at high speed (the inspection time should not be too long). If a stream of water is ejected from the water inlet of the radiator, and then a stream of gas emerges, water bubbles and gas bubbles appear alternately, and the discharged gas smells like garbage in the cylinder, it can be judged that it is such a fault. There are many reasons for gas and water channeling. Due to the different engine structures, there are basically the following reasons: the cylinder gasket is burnt out, the cylinder head bolt is loose, and the high-pressure gas in the combustion chamber enters the waterway through the loosely sealed gap, causing water to boil. There is no freezing liquid outside the wet cylinder liner. Because the gap between the cylinder liner and the cylinder seat hole is not properly matched, if the cylinder head is not firm, it will move up and down. At this time, gas can enter the waterway through the gap of the cylinder liner, causing the radiator to fall over. Some imported diesel engines belong to precombustion chamber engines, and their precombustion chambers are adjacent to waterways. The copper pad under the precombustion chamber is broken, which is easy to make the gas in the cylinder run into the water inlet, and the radiator turns over seriously, and the car will spray water once it accelerates. The characteristics of this water mist have nothing to do with temperature. At this time, it is necessary to replace the new copper pad and bake it slightly with a blowtorch during assembly. 4. When adding antifreeze into petroleum products, the container should be clean and the water tank should be free of dirt when adding antifreeze. It should be added after cleaning. If petroleum products are mixed into antifreeze by mistake, the additives in antifreeze will be ineffective, resulting in a large number of bubbles, which will affect the heat dissipation efficiency and even overflow from the water tank cover. 5. Too much antifreeze will swell and turn over. In use, due to the large thermal expansion of antifreeze, only 90% of the volume of the water tank can be filled when antifreeze is filled, and expansion space is left at the upper end of the radiator, otherwise it will easily overflow if the temperature is too high.
