Why is there wind in cyclone and no wind in anticyclone?

both cyclones and anticyclones have wind, and the place where there is no wind is in the central area. The cyclone center is a windless area, and the air in the anticyclone center sinks and there is no wind. The wind in the horizontal direction is relatively small. As long as there is pressure difference, the air will flow and wind will be generated.

cyclone: the horizontal airflow in the atmosphere is a large vortex rotating counterclockwise. At the same height, the air pressure in the cyclone center is lower than that around it, which is also called low pressure. It appears as a low pressure area surrounded by a closed isobar on the contour map, and a low value area surrounded by a closed contour on the isobar map.

anticyclone: it refers to the horizontal air vortex whose central air pressure is higher than the surrounding air pressure, and it is also the high pressure in the air pressure system. In the northern hemisphere anticyclone, the horizontal airflow in the lower layer diverges outward clockwise.
