Essay on Kanas's Fairyland on Earth
The car starts from the county seat of Brzin, passes through the high mountains and winding roads, and is surrounded by green mountains and steep cliffs. Halfway, the car stopped in front of an Aobao and saw a huge circular stone pile standing on the grassland, with colorful banners dancing with the wind. Under the guidance of the tour guide, everyone turned around Aobao three times clockwise, while silently wishing peace. At this time, looking at the white water at the foot of the mountain and the dark green distant mountain, it is quiet and beautiful. On the vast grassland, cattle and sheep are leisurely foraging, white yurts are scattered all over the place, and the smoke from the kitchen stove in front of the tent is curled up, which constitutes a natural giant landscape painting with green hills and white clouds.
Five hours later, the car finally stopped at Kanas Lake Scenic Area, and we were greeted by houses and facilities built with logs. The log is coated with a layer of clear oil. Under the sunlight, it is golden in color, and it is very elegant and bright against the surrounding pine and cypress.
Strolling on the sidewalk made of wooden blocks by Kanas Lake, I saw grass and flowers competing to open, which together with blue sky and white clouds, snowy peaks and clear water, and wooden house jungle constitute the story of Kanas spring.
Kanas means "beautiful, rich and mysterious" in Mongolian. Kanas Lake is an alpine lake formed by ancient volcanic eruption. The elevation of the lake is1374m, and the deepest part of the lake is198m. Blue waves rippled in the lake, and the peaks reflected picturesque. The lake will change color with the change of season and weather, especially the height of the sun and the angle of light. It is a famous "color-changing lake". According to legend, 800 years ago, Genghis Khan led his army westward and passed by Kanas Lake. Attracted by the beautiful scenery here, he dismounted and drank the lake in his hand, so the Tuwa people, the aborigines of Kanas, called Kanas Lake "the water of kings".
Kanas Lake is not only famous for its beautiful scenery, but also known as the "Lake Monster".
The pier by the lake is made of pine, and the long covered bridge on the water is elegant and chic. Boarding the yacht from the lake, crossing three bends from south to north, the yacht docked on the northernmost lake for tourists to take photos and enjoy the lake view. Legend has it that there are huge monsters in Kanas Lake, which often devour cattle, sheep and horses that come to the lake to drink. In recent years, many tourists and scientific researchers have seen "lake monsters" from mountains and lakes. Scientists speculate that this is a large freshwater and cold water carnivorous fish, Hucho, with a very fierce temperament. It is more than ten meters long and weighs twenty or thirty tons, which is similar to a whale in the ocean. The appearance and disappearance of the "Lake Monster" added some mystery to Kanas Lake.
There is a fish-watching platform at the top of Kanas Lake. Standing on the fish-watching platform, you can see Kanas Lake in the distance. Overlooking the magnificent rivers and mountains, you can not only wash away the dust along the way, but also let you put aside all the troubles in the world.
Go north along the lakeside path to the entrance of the lake and enjoy another great wonder of Kanas Lake-the long embankment of dead wood. Every flood season, a large number of dead trees drift into the lake from the upstream, and then drift into the lake due to the strong valley wind countercurrent, and gradually accumulate into a long embankment of dead trees with a width of tens of meters and a length of thousands of meters, forming a special natural landscape of Kanas Lake.
When I came back from the lake, the sun went down, the snow-covered mountain forest was covered with a layer of Hui Jin, and the lake gradually darkened.
Spend the night in Kanas Villa in the scenic area, which is hidden in the forest, with a winding path, elegant environment and full of original ecology. The temperature on the mountain is low, and the temperature difference between day and night is very large, and it drops below freezing point in the early morning. Sleeping late at night and feeling cold, I pulled out the mat and covered myself. With the pine trees in the mountains and the fresh air of Kanas Lake, I slept soundly that night.
The next morning, I didn't fully adapt to the time difference, but I woke up in the wonderful morning light. At this time, the red sun has climbed up from the depths of the mountains, and the golden sunshine is sprinkled on the villa, which is more fresh, quiet and beautiful. Standing at the window, watching the white clouds spread all over the mountains, listening to the clear water rushing into the valley, staring at Kanas Lake and spruce, fir and birch standing on both sides, I was speechless in the face of this eternal grand scene.
After breakfast, I visited the Tuwa village, an indigenous people in Kanas, under the guidance of a tour guide.
Tuwa people, also known as "Tuwa" and "Dewa", are a Mongolian tribe with a long history, but they are not among the 56 ethnic groups. Tuwa village is located in the valley area on the south bank of Kanas Lake, with beautiful scenery and environment around it. Kanas Lake and Tuwa people complement each other and blend into one, which constitutes the unique cultural landscape and ethnic customs of Kanas Lake tourist area.
Tuva cottages are all wooden houses built of logs, with spires and quite Swiss style. Behind Tuwa village is the Friendship Peak on the Sino-Russian border. Siberian winds blow from Friendship Peak. As the terrain gets lower and the temperature gets warmer, this dense mountain forest breeds and nurtures Tuwa people here.
Came to Tuva's house, sat cross-legged on the tatami and began to look at the room. The portrait of Genghis Khan hangs on the main wall, and the white Hada is tied on the frame. Other walls are hung with horns of yaks, goats and deer; The skins of wolves, foxes and bobcats.
After the guests sit down, the host will offer milk wine and milk tea, as well as shortbread, milk bumps and other foods. You can choose any food you want, but you must drink milk tea. The host pours you milk tea. You can add proper amount of ghee and milk skin according to your own taste. Butter will melt quickly when it enters tea, and golden oil flowers will float around. Milk skin will soon soak in tea and float softly on the surface of tea. After drinking it, there will be a wonderful sour taste immediately. I was so excited that I asked the host to pour the second bowl. After drinking it, people told me that people visiting Tuwa must drink two bowls of milk tea, because you came in with two legs, and after drinking two bowls of milk tea, you came out with two legs, which is auspicious and safe.
After drinking tea, Tuwa girl put on bright national costumes and danced, and invited guests to dance. Among the tourists, some danced well and took the initiative to participate in the dance, and laughter danced in the wooden house.
Tuwa people's unique wind instrument is called "Sur", that is, China's ancient instrument called "Hu Jia", which is difficult to play. "Sur" is shaped like a flute, more than a foot long, but it has only three sound holes. When playing, one end of the instrument should be placed on the teeth. As the abdomen breathes, the vibration of the teeth and lips will make a sound. When Tuva boy played the beautiful traditional song "Seven Haba" with "Sur", I was immediately fascinated by this "sound of nature", as if I heard Songtao echoing in the valley, as if the lake was sobbing in the autumn wind, and the beautiful image of Kanas Lake appeared in front of me. The ethereal and distant "Sur" tune makes people's hearts calm.
