Why don't many people suggest using hump nomenclature? What are the disadvantages?

In fact, no nomenclature is perfect, and Hungarian nomenclature is even more lengthy.

Personally, under what circumstances, what naming method is the most reasonable. For example, in the Microsoft environment, it is the most reasonable to use a naming method similar to Hungarian, which is consistent with the built-in system. In java, it is lowercase+underscore, so that the naming of the whole program is consistent with the built-in function.
