Introduction of China Wulin Painters Association
Chapter I General Provisions
Article 1 The China Wulin Calligraphers Association (hereinafter referred to as the Association) is a voluntary social organization composed of painters from China (including Chinese from Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and all over the world) and celebrities who love painting and calligraphy.
Article 2 The purpose of this Association is to carry out the exchange of painting and calligraphy art, unite painters and lovers of painting and calligraphy, and carry out the research and promotion of China's painting and calligraphy art by inheriting traditional culture and carrying forward the quintessence of Chinese culture.
chapter ii membership
article 3 according to the articles of association and relevant regulations of the association, all painters, painters and lovers who recognize the articles of association of the association and have legal status, have certain attainments in martial arts or love or support martial arts can become members of the association.
Article 4 Members and member units
Anyone who is willing to join the Association and meets the membership requirements can apply to the Association, which will review it according to the relevant regulations and the articles of association of the Association, and will be approved after discussion and approval by the Committee of the Association. Accepted members and member units will pay membership fees in accordance with the provisions of the articles of association of the Association, and the Association will issue them to a unified membership certificate.
Article 5 Rights and obligations of members
1. Have the right to vote and stand for election;
2. Give priority to the activities organized by the Association;
3. You can apply for hosting classes or other activities of our association;
4. Abide by the articles of association and resolutions of this Association and accept the work assigned by this Association;
5. Pay the membership fee.
Chapter III Organization
Article 6 The highest authority of the Association is the general meeting of all members, which is convened by the members of the Association and attended by representatives of all members. Its tasks are:
1. Determine the working principles and tasks of the Association;
2. Review the work report and financial report of the Association;
3. Elect our committee;
4. To formulate and revise the articles of association.
article 7 the executive body of all member congresses when they are not in session is the Committee of this association, which is elected by all member congresses. The Committee shall be convened once a year and may be re-elected.
article 8 the association shall have a chairman, five executive vice-chairmen, several vice-chairmen, a secretary-general, deputy secretaries and several secretaries.
article 9 the association may employ honorary chairmen and consultants as needed.
article 1 the association shall set up several working departments as required, with one director and several deputy directors, who shall be nominated by the chairman and appointed after being approved by the Committee of the association.
article 11 the standing working Committee of the association is composed of the chairman, the executive vice-chairman, the vice-chairman, the secretary-general and the deputy secretary-general to preside over the daily work.
chapter iv meetings and activities
article 12 this association holds a committee once a year to exchange information and discuss relevant issues.
article 13 the association will hold an international academic seminar and carry out academic exchange activities during each term.
Article 14 During each term, the Association will hold an international painting and calligraphy exhibition in countries with China cultural heritage in the world, so as to enhance the influence of China painting and calligraphy.
Chapter V Funds
Article 15 The sources of funds of this Association are as follows:
1. Membership dues;
2. Subsidies from organizations and individuals;
3. Income from various undertakings and activities organized by the Association;
4. The funds of the Association shall be approved by the Chairman at the time of expenditure.
Chapter VI Supplementary Provisions
Article 16 The Articles of Association shall be formulated and amended by all the members' congresses of the Association, and the right to interpret it belongs to the Committee of the Association.
