Chapter 1 General Provisions

The first club’s Chinese name is “Pudong Tennis Club” and its English name is “East Tennis Club” (ETC for short).

The second club logo and its meaning are as follows:

The third club is a non-profit amateur tennis organization organized voluntarily by golfers. Golfers can join voluntarily and withdraw freely. .

Article 4 The purpose of the club is to use football to make friends, enhance friendship, exchange skills and improve together.

Chapter 2 Membership System

Article 1 This club implements a membership system, and non-members are also welcome to participate in activities.

Article 2 Basic Conditions for Membership

1. Love tennis and have a certain foundation;

2. Have a sense of collective responsibility and be willing to serve the club and other members , can fulfill the obligations of members;

3. Support the club’s charter and various regulations.

Article 3 Member Rights and Obligations

(1) Member Rights:

1. Participate in various activities organized by the club at preferential fees; If the number of people in the event is limited, members will have priority over non-members;

2. Make suggestions and supervise the work of the club;

3. Obtain tennis technical help through the club, including high-level members The help and guidance of other senior tennis coaches invited by the club.

(2) Member obligations:

1. Strictly implement the club’s charter and resolutions, cooperate with the club’s work, and maintain the club’s reputation;

2. Members treat each other Respect, care and help, members with higher levels are obliged to provide guidance to members with lower levels.

3. Respect the work of club staff and actively cooperate with them.

Article 4 Membership Classification

In order to maintain the level of the club and effectively help improve the level of members, the club implements a 2 1 grouping system.

(1) A-level group

The A-level group is tentatively determined to be the top 8 players in the club’s points competition; it will be determined by the results of each A.B group competition; ( Due to personal reasons, the activities of Group A are suspended)

(2) Group B

The Group B is for players and female players who can pull back the ball but obviously need guidance from experts. Members who join must also start from Group B;

(3) Wild Card Group

The Wild Card Group is for novices who have no tennis foundation and need to pay to participate in the competition held by the Pudong Tennis Club coach. Small class training. After completing the training, players in this group can apply and be evaluated by the coach to join the club and become B-level players.

Article 5 If a member seriously violates this Article of Association and affects the work and reputation of the club, he shall be expelled.

Chapter 3 Activity System

Article 1 Fixed activity time and location

Location: No. 1800, Dongfang Road, Oriental City Garden Tennis Court, Shanghai.

1. Every Wednesday night from 19:00 to 22:00, it is the time for players to train and compete.

Every Sunday afternoon from 14:00 to 17:00, it is the time for players to train and compete.

2. In principle, temporary members are not allowed to participate in activities during club member training time (every Wednesday).

3. The competition days of the second week of each month (Wednesday and Thursday) are the ranking matches within the club’s Group A and B. In principle, temporary members are not allowed to participate. (Pause)

4. Choose one Saturday afternoon every month for Groups A and B to compete at the same time. Group B players can challenge senior players to determine the list of Group A and B for the next month. . (Suspended)

5. According to the requirements of the club players, try to arrange for a professional coach to provide guidance once a month (fees will be charged separately).

Article 2 Club Competition System

1. The club implements a promotion and relegation system. Each event and competition will be scored (the scoring system will be determined separately). Each month, Group B will The top two and the last two in Group A will compete in a relegation match; (paused)

2. The club and First Sports regularly hold "Pudong Tennis Points Tournament".

Article 3 The club organizes the following activities from time to time:

1. Conduct friendly competitions with brother tennis groups and participate in amateur competitions.

2. Organize members’ dinner parties, travel and other leisure and entertainment activities.

Article 4 Notes on Activities and Competitions

1. If members are unable to participate in activities, they must ask for leave from the Executive Committee in advance.

2. Temporary members should sign in at the financial person in charge before participating in the activity and pay the activity fee at the same time.

3. Each member should bring his own bottled sports drink, and the club only provides large buckets of drinking water.

4. During activities, members should strengthen their awareness of environmental protection and pay attention to the cleanliness of the venue.

5. Members are fully responsible for their own physical conditions when participating in activities. If they feel uncomfortable or injured, they should voluntarily withdraw;

6. Tennis during the activity is provided by the club. Used balls will be collected and kept by the club.

Chapter 4: Fee System

Article 1 Payment of Fees

(1) Members pay fees when they join. If a member withdraws, the residual value of the membership fee will no longer be Return and deposit into the club activity fund

(2) Membership dues are based on a one-month cycle, and the dues for the next activity cycle are paid on the penultimate activity day before the end of each activity cycle.

(3) The charging standards for activities are the same, as follows:

1. Formal members: 2 activities per week, 240 yuan for men and women;

One activity per week (Sunday only), 150 yuan for both men and women;

2. Temporary membership: 40 yuan per time for men and women, charged each time;

3. If it rains on the event day, the event will be postponed until further notice. If it rains for two consecutive days, the event will be canceled and the venue fee will be deposited into the club activity fund;

4. Temporary members need to contact us in advance to see if there is space and pay the fee. Members who bring friends to temporary events are asked to actively cooperate.

Use of Article 2 Fees

(1) Membership fees are used for event venue fees, tennis fees and drinking water fees (bring your own rackets);

( 2) The remaining membership fees will be automatically transferred to the golf club fund for future activities.

Article 3: The Finance Department is responsible for the management of funds, and the Executive Committee conducts review and supervision.

Chapter 5 Organizational Structure

Article 1 The highest authority of the club is the general membership meeting, which is convened by the executive committee and held at the end of each year. The meeting can only be held if more than 2/3 of the members are present, and the resolution can only take effect after being voted by more than half of the members present.

Article 2 The responsibilities of the general membership meeting are:

(1) Organize all club activities and manage finances;

(2) Maintain communication with members, Discuss the opinions and suggestions put forward by members in a timely manner and report the work status to the membership meeting;

(3) Decide on the admission and removal of members;

(4) Decide on other major matters of the golf club .

During the recess of the general membership meeting, the general meeting entrusts the Executive Committee to perform the above responsibilities.

The Executive Committee should act proactively and modestly. We will do our best to do everything related to the golf club and its members for the golf club and its members. And continue to find ways to improve the quality of golf club activities and increase the content of activities;

The work of the members of the executive committee should be respected and actively cooperated by all members.

Article 4 The current executive committee members are temporarily composed of a chairman, a financial person in charge, an activity and competition person in charge, and two supervisory representatives (one from Group A and one from Group B). There will be a re-election at the end of the year.

Chapter 6 Procedure for Amending the Articles of Association

Article 1. Modifications to the Club Articles of Association must be proposed by the Executive Committee and submitted to the general membership meeting for review and approval.

Chapter 7 Supplementary Provisions

Article 1: Members who join the club are deemed to have agreed to all the contents of the charter;

Article 2: The right to interpret this charter belongs to the club Executive Committee.
