Be a happy education farmer.
I often wonder why farmers who have worked hard in the countryside all their lives always like to work at sunrise and rest at sunset. Although farmers are always so hard, they can always patiently and meticulously cultivate, fertilize, water, sow and harvest, and then feel a sense of accomplishment. It can be said that through years of hard work, farmers have already had deep feelings for the land, and even can't live without the land. Once they don't work, they will feel uncomfortable all over. So I thought of myself. As an old teacher who has struggled in the education front for 28 years, I feel from the bottom of my heart that I should learn from the working peasants, walk in the fields full of hope and face the seedlings full of vitality every day. I want to study carefully, observe carefully, sum up the habits and characteristics of each tree, help children overcome difficulties and surpass themselves in a targeted way, and finally grow into a vibrant and powerful person.
This morning, I walked into the classroom, reviewed solar term song and Remembering Brothers on a Moonlit Night, and asked each student to read aloud one by one. I gave them timely guidance and correction. I continue to demonstrate reading for students, guide students to listen attentively, think while reading, and try to restore or feel the author's feelings through further understanding. This is to help students form the habit of reading aloud and establish a basic standard for students to read aloud. Through continuous reading every day, mastering the basic methods of reading can improve students' ability to feel, inherit China's excellent traditional culture, touch the great soul behind poetry, and then develop an elegant lifestyle and continuously improve students' cultural literacy.
In today's Chinese class, I use the tutorial to learn peanuts with my students. First of all, I checked my recitation homework last night. I only selected three students at random, only gave them places, and gave extra points to the students who recited. The students are very active. They raise their hands voluntarily. I glanced around and looked at the students who usually don't take the initiative to participate, such as Wang Yuning, Wang Yuying and Wang Xiangdong. I especially praised Wang Xiangdong for being good at listening and finding mistakes in other people's reading. I want to leave the opportunity for students who need to exercise, let them actively participate in the classroom, express themselves boldly, and give encouragement and praise. Secondly, I lead students to achieve the learning objectives of this lesson according to the tutoring plan, understand the author by using the information provided by the tutoring plan, complete various learning tasks, mobilize students' learning enthusiasm at all times, and show opportunities to each student. It not only strengthens and consolidates the basic knowledge, but also gives students enough time to think. I think the students in the classroom have high participation, fast pace, high learning efficiency, tension and challenge. Tomorrow, I will continue to implement efficient classroom strategies, consciously review and consolidate, encourage students to develop good study habits, cultivate effective learning strategies, and strive to improve their learning ability.
What makes me feel most comfortable and enjoy most is the reading time every afternoon. It is most relaxing and enjoyable for students to listen to books. I continued to read "Jade Bird" to the students, who were the most comfortable and enjoyable. I read cadently, leaning forward and leaning back, sweating profusely, and I couldn't stop reading. Students seem to be there, seeing their voices, some are frightened, some are dumbfounded, some are salivating, some are yearning, and some are empathetic. Of course, I will keep interacting with students, arouse their life experiences, and guide them to guess, collide and communicate.
Every time I see the little changes and progress of the trainees after training day after day, I feel very gratified. My joy is beyond words, and my sense of value arises spontaneously. I can't help feeling from the bottom of my heart that I am a happy education farmer. For this simple goal, I will walk happily in the field of hope like a farmer.
