What is high temperature operation?
According to the characteristics of meteorological conditions, high temperature operation can be divided into:
(2) High temperature and strong thermal radiation operation: that is, there is strong thermal radiation, high temperature and low humidity in the working environment. Most high-temperature operations belong to this type, such as ironmaking and coking in metallurgical industry; Steelmaking operations; Rolling, casting and heat treatment in machinery industry; Calendering operation; Glass manufacturing and ceramic firing in light industry. In addition, brick burning, thermal power generation, infrastructure, loading and unloading, field work, marching and other summer open-air operations all belong to high temperature and strong thermal radiation operations.
(1) High temperature and high humidity operation: that is, in the working environment, the humidity and temperature are high, but the thermal radiation is not strong. Such as laundry, printing and dyeing, papermaking, textile, electroplating, pickling, slaughtering and other operations, although there is no strong thermal radiation, a large amount of hot steam is released in the production process, which, together with solar radiation, mechanical rotation heating and human body heat dissipation, can form a higher working environment temperature and humidity. In addition, in deep coal mine, it is also a kind of high humidity and high temperature operation because of the heat generated by coal seam, the compression heat of air and the evaporation of water.
