General rule

Article 1 Name of the Association: China Yijing Association.

Article 2 the nature of the association

China Yijing Association is a registered non-profit academic research institution, specializing in the theoretical and applied research of China traditional Yijing culture and science.

Article 3 Purpose of the Association

Abide by the Constitution, laws, regulations and national policies, carry forward Chinese culture, promote the innovative development of Yi-ology culture in China, and make contributions to human peace.

Article 4 This Association shall abide by the relevant policies and regulations of the state and accept the supervision and guidance of the functional departments of the government.

Fifth, actively resist all words and deeds that are not conducive to the motherland, safeguard the dignity and image of the motherland, love the motherland, and support the China Producer Party.

Article 6 The Association takes dialectical materialism and historical materialism as the guiding ideology, and unites experts, scholars, masters and strange people who love and are engaged in the research and application of Yi-ology culture at home and abroad (especially in China, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) to excavate, sort out, summarize and study the traditional Yi-ology Feng Shui cultural heritage in China, discard the false and keep the true, and constantly enrich and improve the connotation of Feng Shui culture. It aims to clean up the source, inherit civilization, carry forward science and benefit mankind.

Article 7 The Association follows the principle of "a hundred schools of thought contend", does not exclude different academic viewpoints and schools, does not restrict nationalities and national boundaries, and is open to all scholars who love China Yi-ology culture, with the aim of promoting China Yi-ology culture to be modernized, scientific and international.

Occupational scope

Article 8 The professional scope of the Association

(a) to fully implement the state's principles and policies on inheriting and developing traditional culture.

(2) Scientifically and actively study and develop Chinese traditional Yi-ology culture and scholarship, understand the academic trends of Yi-ology at home and abroad, collect and sort out Feng Shui books and documents, and carefully analyze and collect effective Yi-ology achievements for the development of modern society.

(3) Organize non-profit academic activities at home and abroad from time to time, such as academic discussions or reports on Yi-ology, aiming at spreading Chinese wisdom and civilization and promoting the culture of Yi-ology in the motherland.

(4) Straighten out the relationship between the research and application of the Yi-ology theory, follow the principle of combining "reason" with "number", pay equal attention to "learning" and "technique", and carry out all the work of the association.

(5) Correcting people's vague understanding of the scientific concept of the Book of Changes, mistaking it for feudal superstition, cracking down on all kinds of illegal acts of "quack doctors" and defrauding property in the name of the Book of Changes, re-establishing the scientific and cultural status of the Book of Changes in China, and establishing the image of feng shui workers in China as "experts and scholars".

(6) Actively engage in the teaching, communication and dissemination activities of China Yi-ology science and culture, and hold various academic reports, trainings, lectures, correspondence consultation and other service activities regularly and irregularly, so as to popularize the geomantic omen culture and make it better serve the society.

(7) Research topic: Taking China's Yi-ology theory and its practical application as the main body, promoting the comprehensive research in the scientific and cultural field of Yi-ology in China.

Article 9 Members of this Association are individual members.

Article 10 A member applying to join this Association must meet the following requirements:

(1) Support the articles of association of this association.

(2) Have the willingness to join the Association voluntarily.

(three) people from all walks of life who love the traditional culture of the motherland and China, have certain learning, research and practical ability, and scientifically study China Feng Shui.

(4) No criminal history.

Eleventh membership procedures are:

(1) Submit the application for membership.

(2) After approval, the Association will issue steel seal certificates to the members of China Yi-ology Cultural Association and their academic titles and exquisite positions.

Article 12 Members shall enjoy the following rights:

(a) The right to vote, to be elected and to vote.

(two) to participate in the activities of this association.

(4) the right to sue the work of this association.

Article 13 Members shall perform the following obligations:

(3) Members shall pay their dues on time.

Article 14 A member who withdraws from the club shall notify the club in writing and return his membership card.

Article 15

(1) If a member fails to pay the membership fee on time, it shall be deemed as automatic withdrawal.

(2) If a member seriously violates the Articles of Association, the board of directors will vote to remove him.

(3) If a member does not participate in any activity of the Association within two years, it will be deemed as automatic withdrawal.

Article 16 The Council is the highest authority of China Yijing Association.

Article 17 The board of directors shall have 65,438+0 presidents, vice presidents, executive directors and several directors. When the association was first established, the president was appointed by the sponsor, and the vice president, executive director and director were elected by the representatives appointed by each constituent unit.

Article 18 This Association implements the organizational principle of democratic centralism.

The term of office of the Council is three years and can be re-elected;

The president and vice president are elected by the Standing Council;

The Executive Director is elected by the Council;

The directors are elected by the general assembly or appointed by the Standing Council.

Article 19 The Association shall implement the president responsibility system under the leadership of the Council.

The Association has several advisors and honorary presidents, including 1 president, 1 vice president, 1 secretary general and several deputy secretaries-general.

The consultant, honorary president, vice president and secretary general are elected by the Standing Council; The Deputy Secretary-General shall be studied and decided by the Secretary-General and the Chairman.

The association has a secretariat to preside over the daily work of the association. Under special circumstances, the Secretary-General may serve as the chairman.

Chapter V Executive Directors and Presidents

Article 20 Rights and obligations of the Standing Council. To formulate, implement and modify the Articles of Association;

Article 21 the powers and obligations of the president

Nine, the Standing Council shall exercise its functions and powers during the intersessional period.

Article 22 Sources of funds

First of all, the initial funds are provided by the sponsors and relevant personnel.

Twenty-third expenses: daily expenses of association activities, academic exchanges, reward members and secretariat.

Chapter VII Procedures for Amending the Articles of Association

Twenty-fourth amendments to the articles of association must be approved by the Council and reported to the general meeting for consideration.

Article 25 The revised Articles of Association of the Association shall take effect within 65,438+05 days after it is adopted by the general meeting of members, deliberated and approved by the management organization.

Chapter VIII Supplementary Provisions

Article 26 The Articles of Association shall come into effect on July 1 2006, and the right of interpretation belongs to China Yijing Association.

Twenty-seventh amendments to the articles of association must be approved by more than half of the members of the Standing Council.
