If we just learn mechanically and don't act, it's just a giant with a mouth. We should be a thinking reed, apply the education and professional knowledge we have learned to our actual teaching and internalize it into our own teaching ability. This is real learning. "I know very little about the Internet and don't know how to do it." This is my biggest experience since I studied. However, some teachers will question: we have learned too much from these famous teachers' classes. Students in Liangshuijing School take classes on tablets, but we don't have to. Their classroom is surrounded by a blackboard, but ours is not. Their students are well-trained, while their own students go their own way and cannot be transferred. Class lasts for 5 minutes every day. Each group sends a representative to recite six ancient poems in the first three units of the textbook in turn, correct the mistakes and write them again for a week, even the worst students in each group can write them down accurately.

Reading is what I always insist on doing. Although our conditions are limited, students spontaneously bring their own books to enrich the bookcase and insist on reading. There is a system and a borrowing manual. You must complete reading notes once a week, evaluate excellent reading notes, and select "scholars" and "reading stars" once a month. Regularly carry out reading exchange activities, good book recommendation activities, and reading a book in the whole class, and complete reading sharing through group cooperation. Through the reading experience of teachers Niu Yu and Shi, I have strengthened my determination to lead students to read. I learned the reading method of the whole book from Mr. Niu Yu and Mr. Shi, and applied this method to the reading of the famous book "Letters from Fu Lei" this semester. Integrate unit teaching content and make time for students to learn.
4. Whether it is Rainbow Flower's creative writing and reading class, or teacher Gao Rui's situational composition and experiential composition, it is an efficient demonstration of our composition teaching. I have something to say in order to let the students accumulate material. Starting from the seventh grade, I began to write compositions and keep a weekly diary. In the eighth grade, I joined the group to write class radio and wrote two articles every week. Start with one group and take turns in ten groups. Use a piece of A4 paper, with pictures and texts. Work in groups, draw and write, and copy if you write well. Content must be in a class. Monday to Wednesday is a group, and Thursday to Friday is a group. After writing every week, show it five minutes before class. This form of broadcasting was warmly welcomed by the whole class. Until now, the fourth round of broadcasting has ended, and their broadcasting level is getting higher and higher.
