Will low temperature weather affect piston pump?
Piston pump is a kind of reciprocating pump and belongs to positive displacement pump. Its plunger is driven by the eccentric rotation of the pump shaft, and its suction valve and discharge valve are both check valves. When the plunger is pulled out, the pressure in the working chamber is reduced and the outlet valve is closed. When the pressure is lower than the inlet pressure, the inlet valve opens and liquid enters. When the plunger is pushed inward, the working chamber pressure rises and the intake valve closes. When the plunger is higher than the outlet pressure, the outlet valve opens and the liquid is discharged. When the transmission shaft drives the oil cylinder to rotate, the swash plate pulls back or pushes out the plunger from the oil cylinder to complete the oil suction and discharge process. The oil in the working chamber formed by the plunger and the cylinder hole is respectively communicated with the oil suction chamber and the oil discharge chamber of the pump through the oil distribution disc. The variable mechanism is used to change the inclination of the swash plate, and the displacement of the pump can be changed by adjusting the inclination of the swash plate.
The impact is positive.
