There is no uniform regulation on the representation method of seedling size in China, and the same plant (tree) seedling can be represented by meter diameter or breast diameter. The specific matters shall be negotiated in advance by the tree (seedling) material supplier to reach an understanding.

Variety difference of ground diameter.

According to different varieties, the starting position of some seedlings is 10cm or 30cm above the ground, and the starting position of a few varieties is 5cm. There is no uniform standard in China at present. Different varieties have different starting distances, and different regions have different starting distances.
