Wang Baizhi, known as Ling Yunzi. Born on February 22, 1936. His ancestral home is Simazhuang, Haiyang County, Shandong Province. A native of Jinsan Village, Yongji County, Jilin Province. Born into a prosperous family with a population of more than eighty people. He received good humanistic influence since childhood. He graduated from the Kampot Provincial Water Conservancy School in 1959 and worked in the Kampot Provincial Water Conservancy Department as a secretary. In 1962, he was admitted to the Chinese Department of Jilin University and graduated in four years. Later, he suffered from rheumatism and sought medical treatment from many sources, but could not be cured after a long period of treatment. Obtained the patent right for "Rheumatism Treatment Bag" in 1988. In his later years, he engaged in the study of the Book of Changes and onomastics, and wrote "The True Meaning of Names" and "Dictionary of Naming". Because of his love for poetry, he wrote "Selected Poems of Ling Yunzi". He wrote a large number of poems praising the majestic mountains and rivers of the motherland.
