Funiu Mountain is in Nanyang City, Henan Province.

Niu Shan is located in the north of Nanyang Basin, which is the backing of Nanyang Basin and the western mountain range of Henan Province. The main peak of Funiu Mountain belongs to Nanyang City, Henan Province, and is connected with Tongbai Mountain in Nanyang in the southeast. It is the main vein of the eastern Qinling Mountains, with a northwest-southeast trend and a length of about 400 kilometers. It is the watershed of Huaihe River and Hanjiang River.

The altitude is about 1000m, and the three main peaks are Jitiptoe, Yuhuangding and Laojun Mountain, among which Jitiptoe is the highest peak of Funiu Mountain, with an altitude of 2222.5m, and Funiu Mountain in Nanyang is a famous rainstorm area.
