Hong Kong Central Plaza, located in Wan Chai District, Hong Kong Island, is located atNo. 18, Harbour Road, Wan Chai. It is a skyscraper in Hong Kong, second only to the World Trade Center (ICC) and the second phase of the International Finance Center (IFC). It is the third in Hong Kong, with a height of 374 meters and 78 floors above ground.
