1, practice 1

Ingredients: 2 potatoes, 2 carrots, half an onion, 2 green peppers, 2/3 slices of curry (about 80g), and appropriate amount of stewed beef.

Practice: Peel potatoes and carrots, wash them and cut them into small pieces. Wash and shred onions. Clean the green peppers with pedicels and seeds and break them into small pieces by hand. Cut the curry into small pieces. Pour the butter into the wok. When the oil is 70% hot, add the shredded onion, stir-fry until the shredded onion becomes transparent, add the potato pieces and carrot pieces, stir-fry for 2 minutes, then pour in the stewed beef and beef soup, and don't touch the surface of the ingredients. If the beef soup is not enough, add water. Cover, and after the fire comes to a boil, continue to cook for five minutes until the potatoes and carrots are cooked. Ingredients: pineapple, shrimp, sausage, eggs, curry powder, green beans, corn kernels and carrots.
