What was the name of the ancient grave keeper in China?

The god guarding the mausoleum is Weng Zhong Weng Zhong, who was originally a Hercules of Qin Shihuang, named Ruan Weng Zhong. According to legend, he is 1.3 feet long and has extraordinary courage. Qin Shihuang ordered Weng Zhong to guard Lintao, which is a great example of Xiongnu. After Weng Zhong's death, Qin Shihuang cast a bronze statue for him and placed it outside Sima Gate of Xianyang Palace. When Huns came to Xianyang, they foresaw the bronze statue and thought it was really Ruan, so they dared not go near it. Later generations called the bronze or stone man standing in front of palaces, temples and tombs "Weng Zhong".
