When will you pick the gourd?
It should be pointed out that:
1.
Don't be exposed to the sun, it will dry and shrink into wrinkled skin, and naturally dry in a cool, dry and ventilated environment.
2.
Don't punch holes in the gourd, which will not only destroy the quality of the gourd, but also cause the wound to be moldy.
3.
When the gourd is 50% dry, remove the skin of the gourd. Premature peeling will lead to serious shrinkage of gourd, because the water loss of gourd is too fast and the degree of lignification of gourd is low. Don't peel the gourd until the water evaporates naturally for a period of time (with a paper cutter or pencil sharpener).
4.
The gourd with poor maturity has thin skin and low lignification. Basically, it will shrink or rot, and there is not much retained value. However, there are some rare drying and shrinking laws that are precious.
5.
If you want to take gourd seeds, when shaking hands, use a hacksaw to cut them off at the bottom of the gourd 2 ~ 3 cm (note that the spacing between saws is different due to the size of the gourd, because the sawed pedicles will not be too small), then gently hook them with 12# wire for many times, and then gently pour out the gourd seeds. And patiently dig and pour until it is clean.
