Shanghai has a subtropical monsoon climate with windy, humid and high temperature. Summer is hot and sultry, and winter is cool and humid. People who are used to living in Beijing can go to Shanghai for a few days, but it is difficult to live for a long time.
It's like a northeast person who went to the south. There is no heating in winter and no sun tide in summer. A person who doesn't pay attention to the quilt will get moldy. If he hadn't been cruel, it would have been really difficult for him to adapt to this climate. Why do you want to go to Shanghai to find a punishment when you have a good life in Beijing?

Students will know some friends or best friends through various channels when they go to school. No matter what kind of mix they will be in the future, as long as they keep in touch, they may help you one day, but if they move to a developing city, they will lose their accumulated contacts for many years.
In Shanghai, friends need to make new friends, girlfriends need to be re-cultivated, and even some relationships need to be re-established. These factors are unfavorable to newcomers who have just entered the workplace. Most importantly, re-establishing personal relationships is unknown.
Third, graduates don't have much money in their pockets. No matter how expensive Beijing housing prices are, there is nothing unusual in Shanghai. For those who just graduated, Beijing has less pressure. When the graduates just graduated, the money in their pockets was basically provided by their families, and the money for renting a house, commuting and food and clothing was relatively limited. I have studied in Beijing for several years. The location of the house there is good and cheap. When looking for a house, I can find a good place with good quality and low price. However, if I go to Shanghai, it will be different, and it will be even more difficult to find a house, especially the scary housing price in Shanghai, which makes graduates' wallets double.
If you really bite your bullet and pay the rent, you will become a house slave in the future. You will plan how to save this month's house every day. When you want to get married, you will find that the increase in wages will never catch up with the house price, and then you will become a house slave with huge debts. This is too much pressure for a young man with ideals and ambitions.
There are famous schools in Beijing and Shanghai. Students from Peking University and Tsinghua may not be able to compete with local graduates. Don't think how great the students who graduated from Tsinghua Peking University are. Shanghai is also a place full of famous schools. Fudan University, Tongji University, Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, East China University of Science and Technology, Shanghai University and Donghua University are all first-class universities in China. Even the graduates of Tsinghua Peking University once competed with them for jobs. Who can really guarantee that they are better than them?
What if I can't find a job in Shanghai? How to solve the problem of food and clothing? A stranger with no money in his pocket is really miserable! At least, when you can't afford to eat, you can have a best friend to rub, and when you have no place to live, you can stay in your junior's dormitory for a few nights.
