Among them, the blocking high pressure of Ural Mountain and the periodic enhancement of East Asia trough triggered three cold wave weather processes since late April.

Impact of La Niñ a event: Due to the impact of La Niñ a event, the longitude of circulation in the middle and high latitudes of Europe and Asia is large and fluctuates obviously in stages, and the frequent activities of cold air affect the climatic background conditions in China.
