From the perspective of Feng Shui, why can Xi'an be the imperial capital for thousands of years?
Xi'an is a famous ancient capital in my country. In history, ten dynasties including the Western Zhou Dynasty, Qin Dynasty, Western Han Dynasty, Former Zhao Dynasty, Former Qin Dynasty, Later Qin Dynasty, Western Wei Dynasty, Northern Zhou Dynasty, Sui Dynasty and Tang Dynasty established their capitals in Xi'an for more than a thousand years. The longest imperial capital in history.
There are two reasons why Xi'an should be the imperial capital:
First, Xi'an is the leader of the Central Plains, with a high-rise building and a commanding position to control the world. According to Feng Shui, the dragon veins in the Central Plains all originate from Guanzhong, so Chang'an sits high on the dragon's head, overlooking the Central Plains. Moreover, Chang'an is located in the upper reaches of the Yellow River, and has the geographical advantage of being "upstream to control Liuhe".
Chang'an is regarded as the dragon head of the Central Plains, and its legend has a long history. According to Li Daoyuan's "Shui Jing Zhu", during the Qin Dynasty, there was a black dragon that came out of Nanshan and drank from the Wei River. The paths it followed later turned into mountains, more than 60 miles long, with its head facing the Wei River and its tail reaching Fanchuan. During the Han Dynasty, Xiao He built the Weiyang Palace and built it on a mountain with the dragon's head cut off. The head was 20 feet high and the tail gradually dropped to five or six feet. It can be seen that the so-called Longshou Mountain is located in Weiyang Palace in Xi'an.
Second, Chang'an relies on mountains and holds water, and it wins according to the shape of the world. The ancients believed that Chang'an had the best shape in the world and should be the imperial capital. In 264 BC, Xun Kuang came to Xianyang, the capital of Qin, from Zhao. Prime Minister Fan Ju asked him: "How do you feel about entering Qin?" p>
In 202 BC, after Emperor Gaozu of the Han Dynasty pacified the world, he believed that Luoyang had the legacy of the Zhou Dynasty and planned to set the capital there. Later, a Qi garrison soldier named Lou Jing asked to see Liu Bang and urged Liu Bang to join the capital. Guanzhong. Liu Bang sought advice from his adviser Zhang Liang, and Zhang Liang agreed with Lou Jing's opinion. From this, Liu Bang decided to make Guanzhong his capital.
