The former residence, also known as Gong Baodi, is located in Baishuitang Village, Qinzhou Town, Qinzhou City, where Feng Zicai lived when he retired. Covering an area of/kloc-0.5 million square meters, with a building area of 2020 square meters. Including three hills like Crouching Tiger, it is called "Crouching Tiger Land" by local people. Surrounded by high walls, there are 27 main buildings in the fence, which constitutes a distinctive "three rows and nine" architectural model. When building, pay attention to materials, carve beams and draw buildings. There are old trees like longan planted in front of the door (there is a sign on the tree indicating that the tree is 380 years old). There is a pond in front of the ping, which is in line with the traditional geomantic concept of "water in front and shelter in the back".

1996 was listed as a national patriotic education base for primary and secondary schools, and in 20001,it was listed as a national key cultural relics protection unit, with a brief introduction of indoor deeds.
