What is the feng shui of a house facing a mountain and backed by water?

This is not a face-to-face issue, but an east-west, north-south issue. It is better to have close water to the south, distant mountains to the north, roads to the east, and forget about the west. But that's my personal opinion. Facing the mountain is no better than having the mountain at your back (meaning to have a backing), and having your back to the water (there is no way out in a last-ditch battle) is no better than facing the water.
