My spring breeze water-cooled engine is hot and the fan won't start.

if you don't know much about it, I suggest you go to a motorcycle repair shop to have a test, otherwise it will damage the engine!

the temperature is too high, do you want to boil the pot? Does it consume water? If you don't boil and consume water, you don't have to worry, which may be caused by the high water temperature gauge of your car. If you boil and consume water, you should do the following checks:

1. The engine coolant is insufficient;

2, the water temperature sensor or water thermometer is faulty;

3, driving with the wind or driving with low speed and heavy load for a long time in high temperature season;

4, the ignition time is too early or too late; ;

5, the shutter cannot be fully opened;

6, the mixture is too thin or too rich;

7. The water tank is dirty outside or has serious scale inside, resulting in poor heat dissipation, so it needs to be cleaned or replaced;

8, the engagement time of the fan clutch is too late or the cooling fan does not work, the rotation resistance of the fan is too large, the blade is installed backwards, and the blade is damaged;

9, the electric fan has poor performance or no high speed;

1, too much carbon deposit in the combustion chamber;

11, the water pump belt is too loose;

12, there is something wrong with three-way catalysis;

13, the phenomenon of "punching machine" is caused by air and water;

14. The thermostat does not open well and needs to be replaced;

15. Other water pipes, elbows and water holes in the waterway are blocked;

16, the pump is not working well (the circulating water is not enough);

check items 14, 15, and 16: open the lid of the water storage pot with the cooler, remove the water inlet pipe, and get on the bus to see if the water is flowing smoothly;

If the engine suddenly overheats during the operation of the car, it may be due to the fracture of the fan drive belt, the pump shaft and impeller being out of rotation, the leakage of the cooling system (such as the aging and rupture of water pipes), or the main valve of the thermostat falling off.
