How to delete the reservation of JD.COM Mall?

By canceling the order, you can delete the things you booked in JD.COM Mall. The specific steps are as follows.

1. Log on to the website of JD.COM Mall. If you have bought anything before, the computer desk has a user name record. Select My Order Entry.

You can see that my order shows the product information I ordered.

3. Drag to the right, and you can see "View Cancelled Order" at the rightmost position in the horizontal direction of the order. Click and select "Cancel Order".

4. A dialog box will appear to select the cancellation reason. After selecting the real reason, proceed to the next step.

5. Cancel the order on the grounds of duplicate order.

6. After confirming the refund method, click OK to cancel.
